Not satisfied with their service lady who was on inspection she had a different attitude and i call to their office to get in touch with property manager they said send email and no one reply to their email as well
not recommend for rental property

I recently bought a property at Auction with Adam Percy and decided to also sell my own property with Adam at Barry Plant Boronia. I have been extremely happy with my experience. Constant updates and communication with a genuine knowledge about the local real estate market. Adam took very good care of me and my property during the selling process!

We trusted Barry Plant Boronia. Scary time for us 'normal' people. Was reassuring when we needed it. The experience helped put us where we needed to be. Second property we have sold with them in a matter of months. They are now handling the third property. That is the proof.

Mark Hughes had a great knowledge of the Boronia market and the best sales approach for my property. Mark clearly explained each step of his sales approach. During the sales process he kept us well informed as to how it was progressing and was always approachable to make the selling of the house as stress free as possible. We were extremely happy with the smoothness, speed of the process and excited by the final outcome.

Barry Plant Boronia certainly didn't roll out the red carpet for me. Damage to floor and walls. Left my house unlocked on several occasions. One star is being over generous. Avoid this agent and use someone professional who will work for you.
