Jack McMasters professionalism and knowledge of today’s changing market was exceptional. He marketed our property perfectly, and due to this he was able to sell it within 4 days and well above our asking price. His communication was also outstanding. We never had to chase him as he was always in contact with us, and we were always kept in the loop. I highly recommend Jack McMaster and the Barry Plant Drouin team if you are thinking of buying or selling.

I was not impressed right from the start when it took 5 weeks to get a basic rental receipt with me having to constantly follow up with numerous emails and phone calls, eventually having to take it to management to rectify the situation. They then get you to use an app for all your correspondence but their was so many details wrong within the app it wasn’t funny. Finally got most of the things fixed up but gave up in the end with the rest of the stuff in the app. They somehow managed to stuff up our paid too history after only the first payment, they skipped a month and had us a month in front of where we should of been, I called and emailed to get this changed with no luck, eventually just paying a months rent even though it said we weren’t due for another month. Had to go through management to get this fixed. They then fixed up the paid to dates but left in our payment history that we had made a part payment which in the whole time their we never did any part payments. Tried to get this fixed on our history to no avail even after our lease ended. Multiple emails explaining it doesn’t look very good having wrong payment dates and part payments on our payment ledger! Still refused to change or simply redo out history for us so as we had a good payment history record for future rentals. Definitely improved service once we got towards the end of our lease and changed property managers. Overall whole performance was very poor with us having to chase up the real estate far too many times because of their lack of professionalism and the fact it took multiple conversations each time to have their mistakes rectified. Even now still left with a payment ledger that does not have clean payment history even though we paid our rent on time every time. Would seriously have to think twice before ever using again.
