I ordered a harness from here in a specific colour and within a few hours I received a phone call to let me know that colour isn't available. Easily switched colours and the harness was sent out that afternoon!
Barking Good has quick response times for any query and every other aspect of their customer service is perfect as well.
They sent a free bag of treats as an apology for not having the original colour harness in stock, which my dogs absolutely loved.
5/5, I will definitely be buying from here again.

Great customer service. Food quality for dogs is amazing. They have a great range of meats I think it's like 21 different types as well as lots of toys and treats. We go there every fortnight for our dog.

Best place for raw food and treats without all the chemicals and additives. Staff have always been very helpful. Love the kangaroo tendons and chicken jerky.

This store has the largest range of fresh pet food I have ever seen.

If you feed your dogs raw, this is the place to buy from. Variety, single source protein, good prices and super helpful staff! My dogs spin with excitement for this food which tells me it’s spot on! Worth the drive across town.

This store is amazing for raw feeders! I buy all my offal, variety meats, and raw meaty bones here. Their selection is amazing, pricing is fair, and the staff are so helpful! My dog’s coat has never looked better!

Huge variety of species appropriate, fresh, balanced meals and snacks. My cats are picky eaters with sensitive tummies and they love everything that comes from Barking Good. My dog is not so fussy so he also enjoys everything, especially the dehydrated snacks.

We feed 3 largish dogs with Barking Goods Barf mixes & treats, they absolutely love the food!

The bowls have never been so clean after they're done!

Very good value for money and you know there are no nasty chemicals in the food.
