I have emailed and messaged your websites chat function and had no reply. Find it funny you can post advertisements but not respond to paying customers. I placed an order for Cassandra Vollmer on Thursday 2nd December. It was after 10am. So according to your website would be shipped the next day. I have not received any information that this has shipped and having paid for express this is not acceptable.
Furthermore, I actually tried to buy the same dress instore at Highpoint however the sales staff would not honour the same price as online. Which I completely understand the difference between online and instore prices. Except a different sales attendant told another lady trying on a dress that they were honouring the cyber Monday sales, so apparently I just got the wrong sales agent. Therefore I bought the dress online to save some money knowing that your website says orders are shipped next day if placed after 10am and knowing it also says they are sent from Melbourne. This would have guaranteed its arrival on Tuesday 7th had it been posted on Friday as advertised by the website.
Needless to say I'm quite disappointed overall and have no dress for a wedding in the North of Melbourne tomorrow. I considered going instore and just purchasing a second one until the other arrived however given you don't accept refunds this is not an option for me. In my message and email I even said I would meet someone or go to one of the stores to collect, but no response.
I would really appreciate any assistance you can provide please.

Awful customer service!

i walked into the store with high hopes of feeling welcomed and comfortable, however i got the complete opposite.i walked in on a friday afternoon while there was only one other family there, i walked in and wasnt even greeted until i said hi to the worker myself, and i was replied with a grunted "hi"

i continued shopping without any offer of assistance once the worker finally asked what i was shopping for and i said my valedictory she responded with a very uninterested "ok" and she walked away.she also often asked me to move to put away the other dresses for the family that were there and was often standing directly in front of where i needed to go without any kind of apology, it felt like she didn't want me in that store at all.i finally found two dresses that i wanted to try on and mid way through trying on these dresses the worker opened my dressing room to a room full of strangers, and without any apology she said "oh" and closed the curtain back over.i left feeling very anxious and embarrassed about that situation so i walked out to put the dresses back onto the racks i got them from.i was simply looked at and without any apology from this worker i walked out.i have so many good things about Bariano's other stores so i will continue to shop at those stores.

My daughter walked into the Richmond store yesterday to purchase her Valedictory dress.

She wasn't asked if she would like some assistance even though the store was empty.

My daughter selected two dresses to try on and proceeded to the change rooms.

Whilst undressing and only in her underwear the shop assistant came and opened the curtain and two other families that had come into the store where there revealing my daughter to these people.

Without any apology or empathy my daughter got dressed and left the store crying and distressed.

The women in charge of the store was horrible at best!

We've heard your others stores are amazing, we will try one of the others!

I purchased a dress at this store for Melbourne Cup last year which tore at the split the very first time I wore it when I was on my way to the races. On the day I purchased the dress, I expressed concern for the fit but staff at the store assured me that it was not too tight and fit perfectly. After numerous phone calls, emails and face to face conversations attempting to get some kind of refund or exchange for the faulty item, I was accused of tearing the dress myself and that I would receive no refund or exchange whatsoever. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with the customer service and treatment of a customer at this store when I was given a faulty item in the first place. Will never shop here again and most definitely would not recommend!

Very poor customer service.

I bought the dress and couldn't return the dress after one day. They gave me a voucher instead and other stores didn't accept the voucher. I called store and head office multiple times, however couldn't reach them. Very poor customer service and I wont recommend this store to anyone.

Amazing service and help! I went into Bariano looking for a formal dress and was helped by Rashy. She was extremely helpful and provided me with heaps of options! She was super polite and easy to talk to. Would definitely come back and buy another dress from her! 10/10

I visited the Bridge Road store in Richmond and all the dresses were beautiful however one of the staff, an older lady, had very honest and harsh opinions about everything you tried on. I'm not sure if she was trying to come across as rude but it did make me very uncomfortable when trying dresses on as she always had something to say.

Full on digusted by one of the old lady staff here. She was so rude from the time me and my friend stepped in. I hope someone tells her one day how horrible and rude she is and how it is affecting the the sales of this company at Richmond. Disgusted and definitely not coming back.

Only giving a one star cause the dress was indeed lovely.

The customer service in this place is absolutely atrocious. One lady working there completely turned her nose up against my friends and I, solely because we were students. She made incredibly rude remarks about how I wanted my dress with straps, as I quote "Why would you want straps, only 2 year old children wear straps like those? "

She was completely unprofessional, and was constantly making snarky remarks to her coworker about us. She made the whole dress shopping experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Never felt so insulted in my life.

My mum ordered a dress from the doncaster store for my wedding and we have been put through hell because the store didn't deliver as promised. Have been waiting over a month for a refund because the dress wasn't ready in time, we weren't even given an exact time as to when the dress would be ready. My mum had to go elsewhere and buy a dress for my wedding in less than a week! It's been over a month and Lys isn't contacting us. Clearly she is incapable of doing her job when i realised others have also left a bad review about her.

Emma at The Bridge Rd Richmond Store was super helpful and has outstanding customer service. She was amazing to deal with.

We went for my daughters Graduation dress, so many beautiful dresses at a great price made it hard to choose so we ended up buying 4. The only issue was the change rooms need better designing as a communal room doesnt work to well, a lot of negative comments were expressed in the time we were there.
