Just recieved my order and was a quite surprised a how poorly my dress was packaged, especially considering the dress was $350+. The fabric also feels cheap, and the dress colour doesn't really match the online photos. Disappointing to say the least.

Nice store but the lady didn’t let us browse 1 hour prior to closing hour on Saturday, which is 7pm based on maps. She said we’re closing at 6pm and when I said it’s 7pm on maps she said it’s been an issue for a while. I reckon it’s so simple to just modify the business hours so we wouldn’t be charged for the carpark with no chance to do shopping at this store!

The Emporium store meets and exceeds all standards of presentation, variety in stock especially exceptional customer service from one staff member (Nimi). She truly went above and beyond to help with accomodating for a specific dress, recommending appropriate choices as well as offering to order in a new item for me. Absolutely sensational service from her and her team! Highly recommend a visit:)

This was our first ever formal dress experience and Saal was an amazing host. Within 15 minutes we had the perfect dress but not the right size so she organised this with the other store. We tried other stores to make sure but the dresses, service, and value all paled by comparison.

The place had nice dresses however I was struggling to try on one of the dresses and the staff failed to help. It was a one shoulder black dress which sat very uncomfortably and I asked one of the workers for some help but she didn’t know how the dress was supposed to look or how to wear the dress. Very unhelpful.

Had the best experience on 20/6/20 I went in with 3 fussy 17year olds and walked out with 3 amazing dresses. The young lady who helped was absolutely amazing and gave the girls all the help they wanted and made the whole experience amazing for us all. Would recommend this place to everyone as the variety and sizing is great and the staff make the experience incredible. So so happy with everything about this place

The lady there was amazing her name was amy she gave us amazing assistance and even helped us find perfect dresses. Couldn't have gotten any better

I have never written a review but if I could, I would give them 100 out of 5 stars. My friends and I went here on 13/02/20 and we were greeted by the most amazing service. Emma was so understanding, friendly and charismatic, yet knowledgable in almost anything and everything! There is literally nothing that I can fault, except for the fact that I wish every store would have an Emma! She aided my friends and I in choosing dresses that were flattering for our different body types and was more than happy to answer any question. I think we stayed there for an hour but it honestly felt like 10 minutes. The diversity of dresses means there is definitely going to be a dress for you and on top of that there were heaps of sales! Definitely going to be coming back! Lots of love xx

Absolutely amazing dresses! And the sale was awesome! I had 2 lovely ladies (they deserve a raise) help me pick dresses, I can't remember their names but one was a beautiful tall blonde and I think had a kiwi accent and the other had a Greek background (we spoke about having similar backgrounds), and they just picked the most amazing gowns and made me feel so beautiful. I am down from Brisbane on a vacation and will be recommending the store to everyone and will definitely be visiting again!

My friends and I went to this store for formal dress shopping and the customer service here was impeccable, especially from the staff member Emma. Emma was so friendly and helped us all with finding dresses that were the style we liked, as well as how to alter the dress to suite our figures.

The lovely Rochelle helped me pick a dress for an upcoming wedding in about 20 minutes! What a legend! I’m a bit of a tomboy so her help was invaluable, I came in half hour to close on a Sunday & she was more than happy to help me & other customers as she was on by herself. An absolute gem & her company should be proud by being represented by her. Thanks so much xx

I visited this place to buy a gown for a wedding. The girl who was at counter listened to my choice carefully and gave me few dresses to try on.they all fitted perfectly and I end up buying a beautiful dress in less than 20 mins. Whoever was working on 18 nov 2018 in morning, thank you so much you saved me ️

Came to this store once, but this time around the stuff didn't even offer assistance they just went about like I was invisible. For the price you spend in this store expected some better service. Will not be returning.
