I agree, fraudulent company! Received outdoor setting which was delivered interstate. Table damaged. Was told I’d receive a replacement then no replies by email, I’m sure they are blocking my phone. No resolution still after a few weeks. Also, made purchase by new credit card which mysteriously had been attempted to have fraudulent withdrawal from. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Update - after threatening company to go to Dept of Fair Trading, I finally received a new table so matter was resolved! I’d be wary about interstate dealings with them.

I am still waiting for them to contact me. Call before buying, as I bought over internet, still waiting delivery 10 days ago. Not answering phone, messenger or emails.
They should pull their website down and stop accepting payments if they are no longer in business.

NEVER buy from this company. I was ordered two chairs, but when I received it one of the chair was broken and missing legs. After numerous attempts to call and email them, a few weeks they agreed to send to me a replacement one. But after I never hear from them again, no dispatch info and no tracking number. I was tried to call them, but either ignore me or hang up my phone. And the email was never get reply. It’s definitely a FRAUD company.
