Placed an order online for some Thermal Transfer labels but I do not need the wax ribbons. They called me a short while later to ensure that I was in need of the transfer labels, or had I been mistaken? They thought that I "might" have wanted the thermal labels. That was very proactive and I confirmed that it is the transfer labels that I need. The order was delivered to very early the next day.

We purchased a Zebra Printer in April 2021, we needed help and understanding to make sure the Zebra was going to suit our needs.
