Great Service and great range of products, I went in with an idea of what I wanted and after Karina talked through all the options I ended up in going with the Kamado Joe and couldn't be happier. The whole team have been great to deal with and are extremely friendly and helpful. Couldn't recommend them highly enough for your next BBQ or accessories.

I recently bought a Zeigler & Brown Turbo Elite 5 burner on a cart. Although this is an expensive BBQ, I was really happy with the quality and the assembly process. It all went together easily with no alignment issues. No cheap self tappers and a very solid construction.
The RQT burners are really something and our first use went without a hitch. The burners gave a powerful and evenly spread heat so no constant rearranging the meat to get even cooking. That has always been a problem with past BBQs I have owned.
I hesitated before buying such an expensive BBQ but I have not been disappointed.
Further, the staff at the Pakenham store were very helpful and happy to spend time with me answering any questions I had. When I mentioned that I had a bad back and standing was uncomfortable, I was immediately seated and the sales discussion continued much more comfortably.
All in all, I have no hesitation in recommending BBQs Galore in Pakenham or the Zeigler and Brown brand.

BBQs Galore Pakenham have a great shop and the staff are helpful and knowledgeable. They have a little chat to help you out, then if you want they'll leave you alone to look around comfortably at what you want to. They're there on standby to discuss any follow up questions you may have and take purchases/orders for you. They let you know a timeframe when your purchases will be ready for pick up and phone you once its there.
All round great service from start to finish.

I need to give a huge shout out to Matt from the Pakenham Store. He went above and beyond to help me out, I have not received customer service like this in a long time and because of him I will be shopping at this store again. 100/10!

Kind and friendly people. Helped us out a lot when choosing a wood fire heater, there was a little hiccup with the shipment but they were quick to fix it and even threw in some things for compensation. Manager was lovely and had a few calls after to check up and see if everything was running smoothly. Highly recommend

Tha staf was very helpful & came to my house to support me to complete installation of outdoor lounge unit. Team member came and fix this was amazing nice & commited. One of the best customer service what I have experienced. Thanks again!
