45Bought a ProQ from Max today. Was extremely helpful and friendly. My knowledge of charcoal cooking is limited and Max gave me great advice in choosing the right product and also gave me a good deal with some extra items.
We purchased 2 different outdoor settings, we had slight problems with both tables,
After speaking to Steve on several occasions, both tables were pleasantly replaced, no dramas, no problems. Can’t thank Steve & Max enough for their professional courtesy & help in swapping these tables over. Sincerely appreciated for their effort. Well done, would highly recommend BBQ NUNAWADING for your BBQ needs & service
We bought a Broil King BBQ from them, the back burner doesn't work so we can't effectively use the rotisserie, the main reason we bought this BBQ for nearly $2400. After several months since first contacting them, we still have no joy. You would think after spending that much money on a BBQ you would get better service than that.
Since posting review Barbeques Galore did try to contact me, however we had contacted Broil King diect and they have been more than helpful.
Worst customer service. Their staff don’t care about the customers in the store. Waited nearly 40 minutes and all 3 staff members were laughing and talking but no one had the courtesy to serve the customer.
One staff name Cindy is new and try to help but but she had no idea about stock. Been these second time same experience
In the times we live in now prepare for a wait on products and staff start Under promising and over delivering.

We bought a Table and 8 chairs in November and we made it clear to all staff in store we are only buying it if it can be delivered before Christmas, your staff told us Time and Time again, that we will have it in 2 weeks! So we handed over thousands of dollars for our table and chairs, only to be told 3-4 weeks later (after we had to ring asking where it was) that our table and chairs are still floating in the ocean somewhere. How can such a large chain of stores sell something you don’t have? The level of service and lies told by this company is appalling.
Lucky for us the Staff at the new Weber Store in Bayswater bent over backwards for us and had a table and chairs delivered in only 2 days! And, a far better quality table than yours as well. I shall never walk into one of your store ever again, selling things you don’t have is just plain unethical.
Very friendly and helpful staff. The part I needed was not in stock but I was able to order it for pick up in a few weeks.
Mary and another team member went above and beyond to help me source a part for my BBQ.

I purchased the Kamado Joe Classic III from Barbeques Galore Nunawading. It was very easy to do over the phone with a friendly staff member Michael, who also advised that I could get 15% off any KJ accessories (I didn’t have to make the decision on the spot). There was a few weeks’ wait for the KJ to arrive from overseas, but the timelines that were advised was spot on and I got it before Christmas.
The only negative aspect of my purchase was the delivery, which is outside of the store’s control as it was outsourced to another company (ANC). I was supposed to get the KJ delivered on Monday the 21st December within a set timeframe, but was only notified at nearly the end of the day that the delivery driver wouldn’t be able to make it to the store before it closes to pick up the KJ to deliver. ANC wanted to defer the delivery until after Christmas given the busy period but I insisted on an earlier delivery. To their credit, they delivered it the following day.

Purchased a Kamado Joe from here over a year ago, we contacted the store straight after setting it up as the side tables sit about 30deg out of level, after numerous calls and Emails/ over a year later we have given up, non existent customer service.
Bought the master built gravity series 560 from here last week, what a great experience thanx to michael very nice and very helpful. Will definitely keep coming back.
So happy I went in to barbecues galore in Nunawading. I went in not too sure about what I wanted but they really helped me choose a barbecue based on my needs. The sales lady (Mary I think) was amazing. She made the whole experience giving me heaps of advice without being pushing. Would highly recommend
Spent over 3k on a modena 9 piece outdoor setting to have it perish on an undercover veranda. Plastic wicker discoloured and fell apart within 3 years. Avoid
Customer service was shining as can be, had a lovely young lady serve me. Informative and gave me all I need for my first bbq!
Helpful staff who spent the time going through different BBQs with men to make sure I left with what i needed. Good range of products, very big showroom with lots of choices.
Bought a set of table and chairs for BBQ area, good range of products, displayed with clear prices. Salesman was helpful and we were able to pickup our purchases with minimum fuss from the underground loading area at the rear of the store.
4 staff members all standing at the registers doing nothing. Poor customer service, was not acknowledged at all - went down the road to the Weber store and purchased what I needed
Very poor customer service. Not helpful at all. Just standing behind the counter without helping customers visiting the store. I was surprised with their slow process.
No customer service was in-store for 25min and not one person acknowledged or approached us so we left and won't be returning
