Brought a faulty air fryer as a Christmas present and the unbelievable rudeness my parents were treated to when they tried to take it back for an exchange was inexcusable. Will never shop here again. Manners are free.
Liam was amazing! So knowledgeable and helpful.
Came into the shop with specific dimensions and Liam was willing to go above and beyond to search for the correct BBQ to fit and existing cut out.

My only criticism is that the mark up is at least 20% higher than any competitor so would draw me away from further purchases. Otherwise excellent.
Dropped past shortly before closing and Calvin was fantastic - very generous with his time, was able to give me a good run down on heaps of different options without any sales speak or mumbo jumbo and never tried the hard sell or the upsell. Thank you.
Super knowledgeable and helpful staff without being pushy. Took their time explaining everything to us and kept us updated regarding delivery times. Also super helpful in replacing an item that was slightly damaged on delivery.
Although Happy with item purchased I found customer service is very disappointing.
Made an online purchase at 7am, Hoping that we could utilise the bbq on the day. I was given a estimate of 2hrs for click and collect. Rang them about 1 pm to enquire, nobody picked up the phone. Rang again 2 pm again rings out We waited and waited, I received a text message at 3.55pm bbq was ready to pick up. Got in the car and started making our way down. Rang them on the way to find out that they close at 4pm. Returned home. I was actually past disappointment now and really angry. This experience ruined all our plans for the day. Why send me a message 5 Minutes before closing time? When I went to pick up the next day I was told they were busy!
So busy they couldn't pick up the phone and send a message for an order placed at 7 am that morning!
I would urge anyone thinking about buying from this store to think again. They are misleading untrustworthy, hard to deal with, rude and show a complete lack of customer service. I purchased a Kamado Pro Smoke to find out they don’t stock parts to help with smoking and roasting after I assembled the bbq yet was told they would just need to order before I purchased.
Zane the manager was not helpful and was blunt and rude the entire process of finding a solution (he hung up on me a couple of times). Eventually told me I could pay the difference for a joe original but wanted me to pay for delivery which they advertise as free. It took an entire day just to get one email from Zane to arrange. He misled me again by saying it would come with components as the classic divide & conquer set, but I came to realise were not included when I got the new bbq - the biggest disappointment was not receiving the 2 half moon grates that are critical for the divide and conquer method. They will not not deliver on this promise. Now i will be another $300 out of pocket which is basically the saving they said they were giving me.
To say I am furious is an understatement. I will be taking further action.
There is no way I will let any friends or family deal with this store in the future.
Purchase elsewhere, anywhere instead.
I cannot speak highly enough of the service here. I brought a BBQ around Xmas last year and I was unable to get the colour I wanted straight away so had it on back order. I had to wait a bit and when it took me quite a few months to collect because of lockdown or work etc they were so incredibly understanding and patient I was seriously shocked at how nice they were about it. When I did collect and got it home, it wasn’t the colour I wanted and they let me swap it for a completely new colour which I ended up liking more than my original choice. But even better, I got the latest model. Don’t buy a BBQ anywhere else because these guys/girls rock!

Paid in $4k in full for a BBQ in March to be delivered in April upon moving to new house. Was told they had them in stock and would hold one in store for me. When I moved in April was told they didn't have any left and delivery wouldn't be available until in June. It took me calling 4 times over the course of a week just to get this answer. I had to follow up again today because I haven't heard anything and now I'm told it wont be delivered until July. First review I've ever posted, normally wouldn't care but the communication has been awful and soured the experience. I understand there can be delivery delays especially in the current environment but I've been constantly mislead since the beginning. Quite happy to take payment in full without any stock on hand for what is now months and zero communication or updates. I've probably spent $10k+ over the last couple of years with them but this will be my last purchase.
Went today to purchase a Kamado Joe Classic 3, along with a DoJoe, cover and cast iron plate from the Moorabbin store. The only thing they had in stock was the cast iron plate, despite the sales guy believing they had everything in stock! The salesman had no knowledge of the product, asking me if I knew if the DoJoe was available for the classic 3, as well tried to sell me a cover for the Big Joe! Terrible experience and would not recommend!
Finally, after a long wait my Bradley smoker has arrived. To be honest, the price indeed was good (because some 20% discount on Boxing Day) but all together the experience was just average.
I did call 5 times to follow up on my order that I put last year and also visited the shop once, the sad part was that every time either no idea when my Bradley would come or just words like "before you get home, we will call you to pick up your Bradley".
Anyway, I do recommend this shop.
Went into Barbecues Galore looking for outdoor equipment when John came and served us. The best customer service I have received. Walked out with the perfect outdoor equipment exactly suited to our space, wants and price point.
Lots of friendly staff. Good variety of BBQ's with good price range nicely placed in the showroom.
Really good service and help selecting a BBQ. No upselling, just great knowledge of all the products and how they fit your BBQ’ing needs. John was really helpful.
