Short of staff, one person at the counter a second one appear after a while, told me he would be back but we never saw him again. 20 mins later we managed to speak to the gentleman on the counter. We were after a particular model of bbq, he told us this was not on display, that we should go to another store only to see the specific one we were after on display on our way out. Get some more staff, particularly while the boxing sale is still in and staff who actually know the product you sell and what’s on the floor. We had a complete l’y opposite experience at the Pakenham store.

Terrible customer service this morning.
Was in there for 30 minutes, not one person asked me if I needed help let alone a simple hi or eye contact. Phone kept ringing, workers not answering despite the store being quiet. Too busy talking amongst themselves and what looked like to be a friend visiting the store. We went elsewhere to buy an outdoor kitchen/furniture.

Bought a Beef master BBQ by paying top dollar on the black Friday week, the BBQ was delivered in 2 days' time. To my surprise, the BBQ had a big dent on the hood.went to the store to explain. Ben said you can use it and we will arrange a time to replace this. Ben said I will receive a call on Tuesday regarding my issue from the store manager who will give further details to replace. Didn't receive call until I made the call, clearly shows lack of customer service and professionalism.

Again, to my Suprise I was given 2 options that suited the shop only.

1 - to bring the BBQ hood back and in return Il be given the stock on floor OR
2 - Delivery will be made and I will have to pay for the it.providing damaged product to a customer and telling them too co-corporate by paying for their time and money is simply ridiculous.
Extremely horrible customer service and a rip off store. Be careful of this store. I'm sure they will take ages to send me a undamaged BBQ.

Amazing phone service by Matt organising delivery of a 9piece outdoor setting. Delivery 2 days later, drivers turned up an hour ahead of schedule so came back as we weren't there. Very satisfied customer.

More staff than customers, but not even acknowledged after wandering around the entire store for 15 minutes, showing obvious buyer indications. Was ready to pop on a $1500 Traeger smoker, a Z&B bbq for our caravan, and we were looking at an outdoor kitchen and new bbqs for our new home. Walked out without speaking to a single staff member.
I’d be mortified if this was my business leaving that much money on the table.

I was after one of these new fast cooking Gas pizza ovens and I have looked at all the reviews and videos of the market leaders like Roccbox and Ooni, and BBQ's Galore had the Arrosto at less than half the price, so I had to see it for myself and the guy I spoke with gave me exceptional service and did not try to upsell me to the more expensive units they have, just gave me great advice and that advice was spot on. (Thank you) ready to use in under 2 minutes and our pizza night was a great success and now my wife and family won't eat any other pizza.

Recently purchased an outdoor setting from this place waited 6 weeks for it to arrive in store went down picked it up went to unpack it at home to find ever chair was bent and the table was scratched called the store and got a warranty claim put through we asked when the new products came in if they could be inspected before notifying us of them arriving they were delivered and before even unwrapping the chairs I saw that they were buckled so we sent them back with the delivery drivers I then unpacked the table to find 2 legs were bent and poorly built called the store back and all they could say was we will get you another table and chairs with no compensation finally 3 months after ordering the set we finally have a decent set do not recommend buying anything off this company they are horrible to deal with and do not look after there customers what so ever

Received great Customer service from the Staff at this Store. They had plenty of information and guided us to the best product for our needs. The Store has a big range of Barbecue’s to select from and the quality was excellent. Everything is really well displayed for easy viewing. I would recommend you visit this Store when you require to update your old Barby.

Faulty bbq purchased (waited 3 weeks to receive it) showed staff member video of issue, so tried to do as staff member advised but it did not fix the problem, so reported back to say it is still having the same issues.

Meanwhile, 5 weeks later, after calling OFFSHORE call centre and being hung up on twice, finally an email to say to do the SAME thing as advised in store and if a technician comes out, we have to pay for repair.

This bbq did NOT work properly from the first light up! Also, we waited 3 weeks to receive it and then were away over Christmas, so did NOT set up until mid/late January ~ So telling us the purchase date was November means nothing. It was not set up and used then, so NOT maintenance issue.

Useless and would NEVER buy from again.

The deal on 9kg gas bottles are the best. When you swap a 8.5kg cylinder, they will fill it for $25. Whereas you need to pay $33 or so in Bunnings or any other petrol stations.
Also wide range of barbeques. Recommend this place.

Great BBQs, great prices. Bought my BBQ here thanks to Mason who was really helpful and pointed me towards exactly what I needed. Would shop here again if I needed another barbeque.

They advertise black Friday specials with 20% of Ziggy barbecues and guess what three stores I went to had NO stock, and the trolley won't be available until February 2022 according to the Pakenham store. Why advertise a special when you don't have stock? Absolutely appalling. I wanted to buy the whole kit but Barbeques Galore missed out on a sale worth a fair bit over $1,000.00 and they say they are a BBQ store but the range is really small.

Awesome service and great products. We have been In quarantine and couldn’t pick up our click and collect so I called and asked to change it to a delivery. Unfortunately it could not be changed but the guy I spoke to lived nearby and delivered it himself the same day. We are very appreciative would definitely recommend.

Damn fine selection of all things bbq and outdoor entertaining. Just got a good looking table and chairs for the deck at a nice price. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Honestly don't waste your time. We walked out originally feeling great thinking we had great service, however the amount of run around we have had over our bbq has been appalling. The customer service has been horrendous and the amount of bad mouthing the employees do to each other is horrible. They are selling products and blatantly lying about when they will be available. I understand there is delays etc but you can't tell me a simple phone call to inform their customers of what is going on would be so hard? We have had to chase them and been told so many different dates as to when it will be in. Summer will be over before we get our bbq!
