I would just like to leave some feedback of our experience with BBQ’s Galore Epping. Stuart was the most helpful, knowledgeable and patient salesperson we have ever dealt with. He provided us with multiple options & then came up with a solution that met & exceeded our expectations. Stuart is a credit to BBQ's Galore & we couldn’t ask for better service and or store experience, we will definitely be coming back to BBQ's Galore Epping and will highly recommend Stuart and BBQ's Galore to all our family & friends!

These guys are constantly under the pump but always helpful and friendly. Customer service is brilliant the guys today who helped me load my table into my car were brilliant, will be coming here again for anything outdoors

I bought a new bbq from here on the last day of lockdown and I gotta say the emoyees were very knowledgeable and helped me out with all my questions over the phone. Much better quality than going to the big green shed for a bbq!

I will never deal with this store again! We ordered an item in the first week of November 2020. We were told it would take 3 weeks to arrive. After 3 weeks we decided to call and find out where the item was only to be told they would find out by contacting the sales representative. Another week went by with no phone call back to us so we called again only to be told they would find out what was happening by this stage it is now 4 weeks so after no phone I called again and a note was going to be left for the manager on Monday after another week still no phone call as this was an xmas gift we had now thought it was not going to arrive! Not one phone call was made to us at all from anyone from the store. I then called head office and this seem to get the ball rolling! After the first 2 calls I made this item had not even been ordered the lies we were told was unbelievable as I was in contact with the company! We were then told it would not arrive before xmas it was disappointing as we ordered so early! Eventually it did arrive on xmas eve so the mad rush was made to collect the item all after I had to purchase something else to cover the gift. I was not impressed at all with the service! If they had actually taken the time to call me fine but not one phone call was made! Do yourself a favour don’t order from them ever! And make sure you call up and get some sort or confirmation or better still order directly from the company which is what we wished we did!

Be carefull when u buy something in this store. They give you different price between the price they put in the rack and the price when u pay.
Yesterday we come buy the wire for the gas in the rack put 39$ but when we pay they charge us 41.95$. And i complain about that. They promise to give the rest of our money back tomorrow

But today my husband come to buy gas tank.they put the price 9 kg gas tank empty 36$ something but when my husband pay they charge 54.95$.

Its so unprofessional.i call them and they said is for the 4 kg. But we see yesterday the 4 kg gas tank empty about 29 $ something.
U cant not put the price different from.the rack and in the cashier.

Friendly and helpful staff. Was able to put an item on hold and pick up.

Although the staff could not find the answer I needed they went out of their way to try to find it. Great customer service.

Nicely laid out store with clearly labelled and priced items. Bought a Table and chair setting and organised pickup from another store with no drama at all from a smiling friendly salesperson who was familiar with the product and was able to answer our questions promptly. Got a good deal as well with a great discount so very happy.

Young blonde lady at the counter was dismissive while serving but the store was nice and we'll presented.

Listening to pumped up music and dancing behind the cash register while the customers wander around the store must be more important for these people.

Customer service is great and the staff are very helpful and accommodating. They are willing to give you good deals and even match prices offered by competitors. The store is clean and tidy and the only downside is that some products take longer to arrive when ordered.

Every single staff member that I dealt with today were amazing and went over and above. Josh, Tiann and Arsh were great to deal with over the phone and in store. Exceptional customer service

Staff member Tiann was extremely helpful to me via the phone and went out of her way to help, kind, helpful and patient. This should be acknowledged as when I had rung other BBQ Galore shops was met with quite unhelpful staff. Thank you Tiann, it makes such a difference.
