The service and advice was brilliant and he was so patient as we went through all the options and scenarios. Thanks Darcy and team at BBQ Galore Bendigo! I called on Friday morning with stock availability and delivery enquiry. Darcy has wonderful customer service skills and is an asset to the store. I was able to order and pay over the phone as I live an hour from the store saving me a drive. The outdoor dining setting was at my house with a few hours of my call. We chose BBQ Galore inhouse delivery service who gave us a courtesy call to let us know he was in his way.

What an awesome experience! 3 weeks ago we entered the Barbeques Galore Bendigo store looking to upgrade our old BBQ and not really knowing what to get. David’s customer service and knowledge was second to none and put our mind at ease whilst gently pointing us in the right direction without any aggressive sales pitch, just the facts! Needless to say, we were so impressed that we walked out the door with a brand new top of the line Weber Q Family 3200 and have been using it everyday since. Fast forward to today. Dave was there once again with a big smile on his face and straight away asked how things were going. I proudly told how him that we’ve been loving our new Weber and just how impressed I was with his service and the whole experience and that I’d like to buy another one as a gift. I could’ve gone anywhere or online but highly doubt I would’ve received old school service like that! Thanks so much Dave for making the experience so easy and enjoyable. You’re a ripper. Keep up the good work and keep paying it forward.
