Our family has been looking around for a BBQ for a while. We were looking around at this store and found the staff in this store were very friendly, polite and extremely helpful. We went back today and bought this beautiful BBQ. It has everything including the kitchen sink. Would certainly recommend this store and would definitely go back. Thank you guys. Great service. Came in for a lpg bottle fill and although only 10 minutes left until closing filled no problems
Went in to BUY a Ziggy bbq. Was getting good service from a young guy and about to make the purchase. Was making a comment about the price of a hotplate to replace the half grill when an older guy walked past and virtually shouted 'WELL DON'T BUY IT THEN' I don't tolerate behaviour like this and left.
I see from other reviews that an 'older guy' (presumably the same one) seems to get pretty much all the negative feedback. If he's the manager he should take a good look at himself. If he's an employee, fire him!
I will be buying the bbq, but not from this store.

Harry was terrific, fantastic service, his product knowledge was excellent, great range of outdoor setting. Every time i go there is a great experience.
Didn't get served for ages and when i did they didn't want to help me because i didn't want to buy a smoker was after advice and supplys for my first cook
Fantastic service great to deal with Paul went to the trouble of ringing other dealers to find a part for my old heater after i had ordered the wrong part. He could have just told me no longer available! Nothing was too much trouble. Thanks again to Paul and Harry

Very dismissive and rude, couldn't be less helpful. We wanted an outdoor setting, a kamado joe and wood heater, so we weren't looking at a small purchase!
Customer service should be a priority not a privelege!
Never recommend will go to Melb store and give them our business over returning to this store
The guys at Ballarat Barbeques Galore really know their stuff. We went in to buy a wood heater and they helped us select the right one for our home. Really happy with it,
