13Went to get a gas bottle re-filled at 4: 35pm and the young guy working there said he couldn’t do it cause they were closing at 5pm! Seriously? This was the only store in the area that can do refills aswell. Kid needs to find a new job if he can’t fill a bottle within 25 minutes
It’s easy to Selma BBQ but it the simple things like simply arranging a replacement temp probe that shows how good your customer service is. Still trying after 3 months
Wow! What an experience I had with Laura today at BBQ galore, she was so helpful and helped me find the bbq I was looking for. I couldn’t recommend Laura enough such a beautiful person and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new BBQ! Good on you Laura!
Ordered a bbq waited 3 weeks no one knows where it is order form has been lost they’re bbq are only for display because you never get them I got the refund stay away go somewhere else

Terrible and rude service team. They don't even know what they have. When I asked about a BBQ they provided me completely wrong information. Even the manager ignores the customer queries. Went to this store twice as it's the closest but couldn't make the required purchase due to poor customer service. Highpoint store is way better than this store. They have good and friendly staff compared to this store.

Was told they do not do remotes for fires as advertised on their site, Very rude and very blunt staff member
Mike, micheal, Scott and Jun sorted me out with a fireplace. I ran into a few issues but they assisted me in getting everything sorted, even answering the phone before 9am. Due to the great customer service I was able to get the fireplace installed and am enjoying it thoroughly. Thanks team
