I recently bought an Auswood heater from this store in Shepp, with an EoY discount of about 30%, after being advised by a very knowledgeable female staff member. She changed my mind from what I thought I needed to what would be best for my needs. Thank you Pam. After installation, I found the fan to be very rattly on high speed, so e-mailed the store about the problem expecting it would be passed on to the manufacturer. I received a reply from the store within an hour and the manager came to my house (120 km away) the very next day to solve the problem, which turned out to be loose screws in the fan housing. The manager gave me invaluable advice about wood heater operation, maintenance and efficiency for which I am grateful.
I found the sales staff excellent and their advice accurate, and the follow-up assistance truely amazing.
I have no hesitancy in recommending this store and their personnel to any would-be purchaser.

If I can give them no stars, 16 August I would!
I bought a wood stove this year and was X display stock. They pack the stove for pick up it was wrap so I couldn't see if it was safe for traveling They left the top baffle plate inside unscrewed so in transporting my stove, this plate has been broken and stove can't be used. BBQ galore shepparton won't take no responsibility for this and would have the rudest staff I have come across. Not happy and won't be using or recommending BBQ GALORE IN THE FUTURE.
I Recieved a phone call from head office today 17th Aug with apologies and they will replacing item.
Please next time staff members look after your customers.

Jason has been very helpful and professional but I wouldn’t use their plumber Jarrod as he is very unprofessional and rude and doesn’t turn up for days after he says and won’t admit his bad workmanship and blames other trades. Nearly 6 weeks on and I don’t have a compliance certificate.

The staff are helpful and friendly and the products are great quality. I have had 2 BBQs from here and never had a problem with either.

We recently purchased a Lopi Libertyfire place from here and I must say from start to finish we had nothing but outstanding customer service. From pricing up the fire place to picking it up. We had an issue with the fan on the fire and they were more than happy to remove the switch of the display unit to get us up and going.
