I recently splurged and bought myself a Kamado Joe from BBQs galore. I did my research online but still wasnt convinced so I headed in armed with a million questions. The staff were patient and knowledgeable about their products and gave me the nudge I needed. Thank goodness they did! Pizza, Brisket, Pichana, Toasted Cheese, Chicken, the Kamado does them all and thanks to BBQs galore, my family and I have become devotees. Thanks team

The sales woman was very helpful and knowledgeable. She checked stock availability and helped order the bbq we wanted. She informed us of the change in gas bottles too! Great service and a great range.

This store was so fantastic to me. The salesperson helped us buy our first bbq. We had no idea what we were looking for and chose an affordable and easy to use option which I am very happy with. He helped us put together all the accessories we needed as well. I came back to the store to buy more things for cleaning the bbq. It was delivered to us within days. Management was very kind to me when I had a query. I recommend this store to everyone for the professionalism and helpful staff and high quality products.

I had to make a great experience with Barbeque Galore @Hoppers crossing. I asked them if they could pack or wrap the product so my partner can’t see what it is when picking it up and they have done a great job! They were super friendly and it was definitely not an easy product to rewrap or hide what it is. Thank you guys!

Great, I only went to look at a small bbq but ended up buying one they were good at selling, I got a good deal and I am very happy luckily before the 6th lockdown

So somehow the online store lost my order for 2xpatio heaters. Not a big deal.

The communication was awesome, they even refunded me postage. Hoppers crossing came to the rescue and organised the items to be delivered directly. And quickly.

Received great service a few months ago. Even though we asked lots of questions we were never felt like we were a hassle. Really love our outdoor setting.

I had a gift card I received for Christmas 2019 and had run out. They were more then happy to extend it for another 2 years but it gave me the chance to get down there to spend it on a smoker I wanted.it was on sale but none in stock they were more then helpful in putting an order down for me and at the special price so I didn't miss out.

Brian and John are absolutely fantastic, they both went out of their way to help me with everything I needed and we're a wealth of knowledge. I couldn't have asked for a better customer service experience. Thanks boys!

We live in Geelong so we thought we would use the local store. No customer service is so rude. I came home and called Hoppers Crossing and was greeted with lovely Samantha who answered all of our questions. Needless to say, we got in the car and drove to Hoppers Crossing for the best service. Thanks Samantha, there must be people like you who are even more urgent

Visited this store today and purchased the last cast iron fire burner. I was assisted by John who was very pleasant and has great customer service. He even carried it to my car and helped me make it safe for my journey home. Thanks John you were fantastic to deal with.

The guys on the floor listen to you and give you great advice. No pressure sales and great product knowledge.

The guys at Barbeques Galore was extremely helpful towards helping me find the right outdoor setting for my home. I went in multiple times and the sales man remembered me by name which was a pleasant surprise. They helped me move chairs to different tables to figure out which I liked best and went out of their way to give me the best deal possible. Very happy with my experience there and I would definitely recommend them to others.

Got a great deal on a bbq. They had to bring it in and got it within 4 days. Seems like a quality unit.
