The food here is absolutely divine! We tried several dishes and everything was incredible, from the lamb pops to the bug to the divine beef pasta. The drinks menu is interesting.

The space itself, a Cafe during the day, is cute if a bit sterile. The service was friendly, but unfortunately, this place was let down by the lack of atmosphere.

Absolutely one of the most memorable dinners we have had. Each dish was delicious. Would definitely come back here again.

Booked 6pm sitting. 5 food items, 3 cocktails all unavailable. Ordered gin they had to check they had some. Only got one glass of Shiraz before it ran out. Ordered food at 615pm which was tricky with limited menu but waiters pushing me to order everything at once due to 745pm sitting. Got reminded of 745pm sitting at least 3 times. Ordered home made ricotta with melon and tomatoes. Served us shop bought burrata, with no explanation. Left hungry at 715pm to go somewhere more relaxing! If you try suggest go at 745pm.

Incredible food you’d normally find in a high-end CBD restaurant. The dish flavours and presentation is unbelievable.

Cocktails also delicious, and staff always very friendly. Delighted to have Bar Audrey in my local area - my husband and I have been multiple times for dinner.

Unbelievable food and fantastic service. Don't need to go into the city as the food here is amazing.

Patient and attentive floor staffs, two handsome young men and one beautiful beautiful young lady were doing their best job. They are much appreciated, we were supposed to leave a tip but digital pay won’t let us do it and we didn’t have any cash

Pleasant presentation and creative dishes.
Korean style flounder is overcooked and dry. Cheesecake is quite disappointing. It is frozen when served. After 5 mins waiting it is still hard like rock, so we decided to take away and eat at home instead of waiting for it to melt. We arrived home after 30mins and the cheesecake melted outside but was still frozen inside. There is also a weird plastic flavour within the cheesecake and we have to bin it. I was shocked cuz I never have a cheesecake like that.

What an incredible little hidden treasure in the heart of Mentone! I went to Bar Audrey with a group of 8 and we were so very impressed with the quality of dishes! Just amazing (the Tasmanian prawn tart with lemon curd was a highlight!) And the cocktails - wow!
Will be going again!

Very unpleasant experience with waitresses keep trying to take away your plates when you still have almost half of the food on the plate… And it happened three times at the night….

I love this place, I always feel so taken care of here! From the dishes to the staff, bar Audrey is charming. The bartenders also clearly know what they’re doing — on top of some amazing cocktails (get the Aphrodisiac), Noah even managed to squeeze us in a window seat last time despite the fact that we had no reso. Shoutout the entire institution, I’ll be back soon:)

Café by day called white bricks and gourmet restaurant by night renamed bar Audrey. You would normally travel to the city to experience such amazing modern clever and well executed dishes. Even the wine list carries a couple of skin contacts wines and clever and delicious cocktails- seating comfort could be slightly improved. Mentone has just caught up with the inner suburbs with clever eatery.

Amazing to see what white bricks turns to at night, very moody vibes, good ambience and delicious food. Would order that mushroom butter by the bowl if I could. Great gin based cocktails and absolutely obsessed with the scallops, corn, and agnolotti white ragu. My friends decimated the flounder. Beautiful desserts too - mushroom custard is my pick but if you want refreshing, go for the vanilla pumpkin.

: Have you tried this contemporary fusion bar and restaurant down in Mentone yet? We finally hot to try after eyeing the place for a while.

️: Bar Audrey emphasizes on freshness of high quality produce. Our favorite dish had to be the baby cucumber, scallops, buttermilk, topped with chicken skin. I also liked the dessert of vanilla pumpkin ice cream, lavender peach, watermelon and persimmon. So unique and refreshing.

Great to see new restaurants popping up in Mentone. Now, Bar Audrey can a little awkward to find as it actually located in the "White Bricks Cafe" at night. There is a sign above the door. That said the place was packed, so make sure you book. The food was quite innovate and we had three dishes (designed to share) plus desert, Vanilla Pumpkin. All very pleasant. Staff were great.

Five stars isn't even close enough to how spectacular Bar Audrey is
The menu is well thought out and brilliantly executed. This is the perfect example of modern Australian dining at its finest
The whole team is incredibly attentive and have a wonderful attitude. I cant wait to go back again
