Banyan Place

I stayed here for a work trip and it was amazing. Glenda was awesome and very welcoming. The location is very convenient, close by to shops / restaurant and near the bay. The apartment is well maintained and clean on arrival, the chocolates were pleasant surprise. Definitely recommended and I'd return for work and with family.

My experience with the staff of Banyan Place was a great one. I did get to Warnambul around 9 at night an they were the first ones I called and they picked up.

The room was clean, and the bed comfortable. If you are thinking of staying at Banyan Place I would recommend it. Also since it was late and partially raining, they picked me up from the station.

Overall a really good experience with everything I needed in the room provided.

We stayed March 2023. Glenda is a fabulous host. We stayed in apt 6. It had absolutely everything we needed. Bed very comfy. Nice touches everywhere down to the complimentary choccies and recommendations for take away. Great location and easy walk to eateries, shops, parks etc.apartment was very clean and an extremely well equipped kitchen. Very spacious for a couple. Will stay here again.

We travelled to Warrnambool by train from Melbourne. The accommodation was just a short walk from the railway station and very comfortable. Glenda was very helpful. The unit was very clean and well equipped and we will definitely stay there next time.

The manager (Glenda) was very helpful and set up our stay just the way we wanted. She gave us a good price and made sure everything was organised. It was the ideal base for our daily ventures over to the Port Fairy Folk Festival.

Amazing Apartment (Number 4) at a very reasonable price. Very clean place and properly maintained. The owner is very friendly and went beyond to help us. The quality of the place is over and beyond that of many hotels. We felt very safe staying at the place. Very highly recommended.

I have been staying here for work purposes for over 10 years & never disappoints. Rooms are spacious & very comfortable. Glenda the host is wonderful & nothing is too much trouble. Would recommend this accommodation

Glenda was extremely helpful, fast to respond to any questions.
I was instantly impressed when i walked in. The home had such a relaxing feel about it. We felt comfy as if we were at home. We can’t wait to come and stay again.
Glenda even left us a bottle of red wine and chocolates. The spa was so delightful to relax in.
The bed was very comfy.
I have stayed in a few different motels in Warnabool but hopefully we will be able to stay in this Gem every time we come to Warrnambool.

Incredible value. We had the 2 bedroom apartment and it was clean, nicely laid out and beds were very comfortable. Amazing location too plus a private garage. Booked directly as it was cheaper than using a booking site. Very cheap too, a lot of bang for your buck. Very very happy will stay again next time I’m in Warrnambool.

This place feels like home away from home! Close to main street and very very comfortable. I know where im staying next time!

The Banyan Place apartment was absolutely perfect. It was a calming and relaxing space and very centrally located to the beach and restaurant precinct. Will be staying here again when next in Warrnambool.

Great location with spacious clean room with great facilities. Have stayed here multiple times and Glenda is always happy to help to ensure our stay is pleasant. Would highly recommend, we will be back again soon. Jenny and Greg.

Nice clean rooms very close to beach, shops and CBD. Family friendly, off street parking, will come back soon, highly recommend. They even send me items left behind while our stay.

We did have a kitchen, not sure what your reply was meaning. We were in a room with a full kitchen. And it was filthy. The oven was so dirty it stunk! I cooked in the oven and it burnt our food within 10 mins of putting it in.
The bed was so uncomfortable.
The fact that you kept coming and putting furniture in the room while we were trying to relax was a tad unprofessional.
We've stayed in several places in the apartments next to yours and they are far better. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Booking was booked under my mother in laws name, it was a gift to us. That's why you can't find my name on your records. ;)

Extended stay for work and the apartments are nice, clean and very livable. Laundry and full size kitchen is a real treat. Glenda is an absolute champ and extremely helpful with everything and anything. Highly recommend!

Thank you Glenda for always looking after us when we stay. Terrific place even our dog enjoys it. We are looking forward to coming back Carlo and Photini.

Dirty Accommodation. Filthy spa. Glenda palmed problem to Airbnb. Airbnb tell me, The Host (Glenda) was the hold up!
Funny thing is, "WE CAN ALL SEE THE CARE TAKEN IN, "GLENDA'S CLEANING"!
Weeks Later, STILL BEING "HARASSED" BY GLENDA TO TAKE MY REVIEW DOWN!

Beautiful apartment, I felt spoiled staying in such homely and comfortable accommodation.
So many lovely little thoughtful touches just to make you feel special.
Prices were super competitive when you consider what you get. (Loved the spa)
