Bankhouse Brewery

Quick diversion off the Goldfields Track at Dean. Friendly fella, and lovely little range of brews. Ginger Ale hit the spot for our group of middle aged trail riders. Also, lovely grassy park next door to relax.

Incredible stop - turned the Bank into a brewery! Damien was lovely and friendly, opened up the Bankhouse as soon as we arrived (even though he wasn’t officially open) and showed us his efforts.

Always exciting to see tiny localities such as Dean have there own brewery. The highly rudimentary nature of the place simply adds to the sense of authenticity. We found the service friendly and the beer very approachable. Would be great to be able to have a pint on the premises here one day

Passed this place on the way back from Daylesford. Only 2 beers currently available (although the owner kindly gave us a sneaky sample of a new brew!) but both are wonderful! A delightful building as well.

This is probably the best ginger beer I have ever had. 3.4% Alc/Vol. Went there and got a pack. My partner tried it and a few minutes later we were back for another pack. Back home now enjoying one. Going back next time to try the session ale. I'm sure that will be great too. Go there and spend your money. Drink responibly.

Only called in for a quick refreshment so didn't really look around at the obviously nice surrounds but was greeted with a warm welcome and a awsome ginger beer. Best one I've ever had. Don't review very often but credit given where credit due.

Stopped by on a whim while driving by. Fantastic to see an historic building repurposed like this. Owner was extraordinarily kind. Session ale is AMAZING!
