61Price online did say 125 but it cost 170 but it doesn't really matter the rooms were very comfortable an clean.
Very nice place to stay, it has secured parking, room smells good and clean, good water pressure
A great place to stay if you are ever in lakes entrance. 2 out of 3 times there was a free upgrade to a balcony view.
Great atmosphere and a very nice bed to sleep on.
A walk across the road gives you amazing views of every reason to go on a trip here, the boats, the amazingly blue water. A quick 5 minute drive to dolphin lookout. A well placed hotel with a pool available for those days a little to warm.
The negative.
Take your own water bottles and milk.
There are taps in the bathroom and small packets of milk available in th fridge. Yet having these things will make your stay just that little more comfortable.
Mugs, kettle, coffee and sugar is provided
Very affordable and close to everything on the Esplanade at Lakes. Room was a little dated but still clean and very usable. Price was excellent which more than made up for any imperfections. Recommended especially on a budget or for a brief overnight stay like us.
This has now become our stay over spot between NSW and VIC, the beds are outstandingly comfy, excellent water flow in the showers and it’s quiet. A little hidden gem, perfect for a long day of driving. Easy access to great cafes and the pub. Great place to have a walk in the morning.
The place and the rooms are excellent. Rooms are clean and good space with lot of facilities. Specially Fiona the owner she is so friendly.
Decent room for the price, very clean with great views. Had an issue with the booking that was my mistake and the owner adjusted it without charging me. Excellent service
Stayed last night. Micheal, the manger, was courteous and obliging. The room was large, clean and quite. Great shower and comfy bed. The complex is somewhat dated but that is overcome by the cleanliness of the room. I would stay again if in the area.
The room had an old style the pool was a bit cold. The room was very clean. I highly recommend coming here if you're on holiday.

Paid $185.00 for a terrible stinky room, so bad that we didn't even stay. Extremely dated furniture, furnishings & a bathroom which had mouldy dirty tiles. NOTHING like your photographs. This accomodation needs to be updated before you charge anyone else this amount of money! Very disappointing indeed!

It was amazing stay at Banjo Paterson Motor Inn. Self check-in very convenient, messaging system will serves you instantly whenever there is a need. Shower was so good, high pressure, very comfortable at winter time.

A huge Thankyou to Danny at Banjo Paterson’s - we had a lovely stay here. Bed was super comfy, view overlooked the water, and Danny went that extra mile by turning the heater on for us, so that our room was super warm on our late night arrival. Would definitely choose to stay here again
Banjo Patterson Motel is in a great location overlooking the water (across the road out front) and a short walk to shops & restaurants. Room was spacious, comfortable & clean and very quiet. This motel is great value for money & the contactless check in (text communication & tailored door keypad code) gives flexibility for late check in. I was very happy with my stay and the easy booking, check in & check out.
