Banh Mi Brother Food Truck

I have smashed a few from here and cannot complain. They are the best bahnmi in the area. Authentic. Grilled pork and crispy pork are delightfully just right in size and portion. Hai is the man, friendly and good for a chat. Do it.

The food truck was at an event. We bought the vermicelli noodles with chicken and a chicken banh mi. So delicious! The ingredients were fresh and the food was nicely presented.

First time here and will be back for more!

Solid Banh Mi. They use the pate which is nice. Crispy pork is well Crunchy bagette too. They don't have eftops and you will be asked to pay with pay id if you don't have cash. I prefer Troungs in Brunswick but this one is worth a try. Would go again.

My go-to place for Banh Mi when I’m in the area!
I’ve tried both the Crispy Pork Banh Mi and the Grilled Pork Banh Mi and have loved both. The crispy pork was particularly memorable for its tenderness and excellent crackle.
I’ve also tried their Pork and Prawn Rice Paper Rolls and they are such a great size! Loved the peanut sauce that came with it, it’s an essential. Overall, really fresh ingredients and very friendly service. I’ll be back again and again.

Banh Mi crispy pork is amazing! Ingredients are fresh. However, the satay skewers were a bit dry. No saucw.

Omg this is the best banh mi I have had for a very long time. Sooooooooo fresh. Got the crispy pork extra crackle and chilli. Friendly service, fast. A must stop! Will definately be back to try the other goodies.

My friends and I love banh mi brother! We go here most times and love the spring rolls & crispy pork banh mi’s! It’s always consistent and fast service! Great Vietnamese spot and friendly service!

Pretty bad.
Satay skewers: the chicken was extremely dry and bland. There was no satay sauce.

Grilled pork banh mi: not much better. The pork was dry. The bread and salad were nice at least and tasted fresh. Shame the meat let it down.

Bahn Mi to the next level. Plenty of meat and Vegetables. Not like other typical Bahn Mi. Service is good. Recommend.

Crispy pork banh mi is one of the best I’ve had in Melbourne.

Got a roast pork banh mi (that's a bread roll for you and me) and Vietnamese coffee. Very noice indeed. Yet to try the other stuff on the menu but looks promising. Only a one man (inna van) show so if there's too many people waiting, might be a bit slow. Probably also means his food is pretty good. He was pretty quick all the same and it was worth the wait.

The best Banh Mi and Vietnamese food joint in the area. Delicious and very reasonable prices. Will be coming back for more. Highly recommended. Cheers!

I love these guys. They smile, they have authentic cuisine options and it's obviously super delicious. Honestly how do they do it when the sun is shining directly inside? I'm a repeat customer and I even buy rice paper rolls for lunch the next day on top of what I feel like. Bless the authentic food closer to my home than Preston

Tasty Banh mi and Food in general, better than some restaurant out there. The guy that served us was so nice and friendly and the customer service overall was awesome. Will definitely be back or order on uber eats from them highly recommended
