Authentic Thai flavours that absolutely flow from the country’s northern region. And since international travel is out of the question for most of us, this is the perfect opportunity to remind our taste buds of the true soul of Thailand. Staff are friendly and attentive, the decor has recently had a stylish upgrade creating a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. As for the food, well, the Money Bags are a flavour filled delight, as are the Satay Chicken Skewers. The Gang Dang GF is without doubt a highlight on an already stellar menu. The Pad Thai is a fantastic barometer for the high level of flavour and quality Bangkok Delight provides. This restaurant is now in my permanent top five.

Best Thai restaurant I’ve been to in Melbourne, definitely a favourite. I highly recommend everyone tries this place out!

Fantastic food, we had the Prawn Koa Pad, the red curry with chicken and Beef Massamum, all were exceptional. The kids loved the rice and prawns and i especially liked the beef Massamum. Very reasonable prices, will definitely be back.

Had a wonderful takeaway dinner this evening. Woman who I called over the phone was kind and delightful. Food was quickly prepared, and prepared fresh. Tasted great, was very fragrant and crisp. I ordered a lot so I have lunch for tomorrow and I can't wait for tomorrow to come so I can have it again!
So, excellent customer service, tasty food and quick takeaway. (I have dined in a few years ago and remember enjoying it then too. They catered for some very difficult allergies at the time).
Highly recommend. There's a few good thai spots around and some not so good. But Bangkok Gardens is very consistently an excellent meal for a good price.

Absolutely the best the money bags are to die for, the coconut rice best ever grilled chicken best I have had, even the pineapple fritters are the best I have had. Do your self a favour and go to this place you will never regret it. FIVE STAR all the way.

Foods was great, Lamb shank was little too sweet still good.we had 25 people. Enough space. Speed service. Going back soon.

Food ok. But the delivery time was meant to be 30mins instead took an hour. Food had to be zapped by time arrived.

It's decent Thai food but the portions have gotten a lot smaller recently during C19.
And price didnt change to reflect this. Kinda dissapointing.

Like everyone these guys are doing it tough.their food is delicious, fresh produce and great prices! Get behind them and order your takeaway!

Walk in and feel the ambiance of Thai. Green walls with photo frames on the wall. The floors look slightly run down.

Roti bread quite flat with a sweet peanut satay sauce.

Pad se ew - silky rice noodles. The flavour is slightly salty

Coconut rice- soft, fluffy rice with a light coconut flavour.

Gang massamun neur- thick sauced beef currys which was semi sweet with the tenderest beef that falls apart.

Chicken green curry - thick with a string coconut flavour. Generous amount of thick sliced chicken.

Beef salad - meat is slightly thick. The sauce is quite salty

We had our first but certainly not last experience at Bangkok gardens.welcoming cosy with delicious food! Yummy dessert! Will tell our friends!

Fabulous meals here and they are large do don’t order too much. Staff are great, just make sure if you go in winter to stay away from the drought from the door opening and closing

This is a favourite for our us. I appreciate the authentic taste and the cooks are from Thailand, so they know what they’re doing. Everything is made from scratch and flavours are balanced correctly, the curry paste is made onsite and the red curry is out of this world, followed by the lovely musman beef. By far the best Thai restaurant around - and I’ve tried most of them at least once and keep coming back here for more.
Staff are gentle, kind and lovely people. They’re happy to answer questions, amend a dish for allergy reasons and also have time to have a chat and discuss or explain anything I’m asking about. They’ve been operating for 11years and many of the locals give rave reviews. I couldn’t recommend this restaurant enough if you want a really authentic Thai taste!
