There was 14 of us at short notice and they handled everyone’s meals efficiently. The food was hot and delicious, the young man who took our orders was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

My partner and I had Friday night dinner here - they were busy and the service was understandably slow, but once the meals arrived they were very tasty. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Very popular with the locals and not a spare seat in the house because it is fabulous! Despite being very busy with takeaways and in house patrons the service was quick, friendly and efficient. We could not fault the food: great quality and quantity. All 5 of us thought this was a 5* experience - for a local family restaurant.

Good food, with lots of veges and decent portions. Friendly service. Doing well for running a restaurant in a regional town. Great to have this here in Mansfield.

This was some of the best Thai food we have had in a while. Would be back, especially after a day in Mansfield/mt buller.

Thai restaurant This restaurant tastes authentic.because of the raw materials used Some are imported from Thailand which cannot be purchased in Australia. And the service staff of this shop are very impressed. Super friendly and caring. If anyone passes by and recommends trying this restaurant, give it a 5 star rating

Really nice family run restaurant with nice service. They gave very generous amount of food. The food is quite tasty as well.

I feel that I have eaten delicious Thai food so far, the taste is more Asian, the white soup is very sour, the beef in fried noodles is very tender, the most important thing is! You can taste the spicy taste (I told my aunt to make the noodles more spicy), and there is wok hey for fried rice! Ha ha ha ha! There are not many people working in the store. My aunt needs to order and cook, and my sister needs to serve and prepare dishes. If you are in a hurry, it may not be suitable for you, but the food tastes really good.

We came back again the next day, hahaha.the crispy pork belly is great!

Terrible experience. Very slow service. Mixed up orders. Food was okay but waited 90 mins. The best part was that it’s byo so atleast we didn’t have to wait for drinks.

- they put cucumber and tomato in every menu, which is outrageous in my opinion. I lost it completely when they put it in tom kha, tom yum, and panang that we ordered. Nobody deserves this at all. Removing cucumber and tomato from the soups would earn themselves a 3 star rating.

The service is the worst and so unfriendly. The lady spoke to us so rudely. Do not recommend dining in here.

On a cold Wednesday evening, when many other restaurants were shut this place was crazy busy! We waited 30 mins for our takeaway (forewarned) but the food was really good! Highly recommend

Overall good food.

There are many customers rated 1-star for this restaurant recently. Check the reviews prior the visit. My cases are as follow:

Order take home at first day, This store not accept international credit card. The lady offer me to pay by transfer to her bank account in Thailand. Finally, I found cash to pay don’t like this offer.

Second day, I passed by 10 mins before they open stop by, see that lady, knocked the door just to need to ask, instead of call by phone (they told me the day before to call for check availability) any table available for today? She point to the door and show me we are close, twice, with not welcome face.

Food was good, poor hospitality, not good experience when I compare to other Thai restaurants in Australia.

Firstly, You did told me to call in the afternoon NOT noon.

Secondly, the lady point to the door at first time. Don’t know just want me to open and ask from the door or what? When I know it was lock, no second attempt or any try to get in. No reason I want to get in your restaurant, check your CCTV. No evidence, no drama.

Importantly, the reason not the SCAM, I don’t like to offer to transfer to Thai account is I don’t know this transaction will be posted in your restaurant POS system or not. It is a responsibility for foreigners to pay TAX in the country they are living and earning. As a buyer, anything questionable or “a risk” to support anyone do anything wrong, I just not do and not like it.

The answer from the owner confirms the service manner of this restaurant, confirmed from his typing. I think I am not the only one who reviews with this kind of comment. I decrease to one star, thanks

Once you just says “Sorry”, I will delete this comment. If not, just keep it post, for sharing how this restaurant (owner not employee) react to customer, maturity and ability of customer care.

If i could rate this place less than one star I would. The food was disgraceful it was cold and raw, i would definitely not recommend this place at all!
Absolutely awful

DON'T BOTHER GOING HERE!
If I could rate 0 star I would. I should've read the reviews and the reply comments from the owner before even putting foot in this restaurant. As a family with a toddler, we had the worst and ruddest customer services I've never experienced.
No wonder the restaurant only had one table with customers and they didn't offer a high chair, which should've ring a bell and walk out right there and then.
Because was late and had to feed my child, we sat down to check the menu. However, while I was also chasing my toddler around, the owner told me to get seated and get the child cause this is not a playground. Upon hearing this I packed my things and while walking towards the door, he said we disrespected his restaurant. Both hubby and I were in shock. We asked how did we do this, and he simply said "I don't wanna listen to you". A staff member, young lady, she looked shocked by what was going on. Happy to say we didn't get to eat here.
To the owner that might want to reply: don't bother, your rude comment will only get more 1 stars from future customers, if there will be any. Reminder, you might want to review your customer service "skills", cause they stink!

"Are you for real? It's Australia, all restaurants and cafes are family friendly. A parent walks with the child so the child is not alone, for safety reasons (so I did). Would you rather have a crying baby at the table?
And the fact that you tell me forcefully to go to my table and how dare I disobey? Are we joking? People have freedom of movement, you cannot have that type of behaviour and impose on what people to say or do.
I wonder why I am even wasting my time on you.
I really hope that potential customers will think twice before entering your business.

Food was delicious and reasonably priced. Service was also quick and pleasant when we dined in. We would gladly return again when in Mansfield in the future.

Bad service. The staff kept changing there kinds if we could come in or not. Called Restaurant 3 times to book. Completely unorganised

Dropped in on our last night in town for some take out and this was hands down some of the best Thai food I've ever eaten.

We thought that peanut sauce was included with the roti, but that may have been our assumption. This was outweighed though by the roti itself, and we just dunked it in the remaining red curry sauce anyway which was outstanding!

We'll be back and I highly recommend!

My Family and I have just moved in to the area and decided to try one of our favourite cuisines Thai Food. From the moment we walked in, to the moment we threw our food in the bin, they were exceptionally rude. Worst attitude we have ever experienced anywhere in the world!
Note: To the owner this is not how we treat people in Australia especially a New local family! We look forward to when the new owners takes over……which wont be long!
