My child attended Bambini for about 9 months after which we decided to leave the daycare system as it didn’t suit us due to illness & high staff turnover both of which are typical of the industry. However, I will say that the level of care we received at Bambini was exceptional. In general the centre is well managed and children are well looked after.

This is our 6th year at Bambini and we couldn’t recommend it more highly.
Since the first year with my 1 year old starting we have just loved the how friendly, fun and caring the centre has been.

All the educators have been so attentive and caring it made returning to full time work each so much easier time knowing my children were in such warm and nurturing environment.
We love all the activities they run from the arts and craft, the sports PE sessions, dance, Yoga, music and cooking classes.
I really love that we see regular pics of the our kids adventures on their Bambini App and also their nap times etc

Their have been a core group of familiar faces over the years which gives is such a great community feel.

We would be lost without Bambini and cant recommend it enough!

My son has been attending since he was 10mths old, he is almost 4 now.

We are very happy with the care, communication and education Bambini and the amazing ladies have provided all this time.

Certainly a very clean, vibrant center.wouldn't consider any place else, 5 stars from me.

Absolutely disgusting childcare centre.
The owners think they are royalty and made me and my family not feel welcome at all.

Our son attended Bambini Brighton East after we relocated and after a long time staying home due to Covid circumstances. We definitely were nervous and concerned but the caring and nurturing environment of Bambini, responsible management and brilliant educators made us feel like home.
I want to specifically thank Susan again which is the kindest, greatest and most creative educator I've ever seen.

My daughter come to Bambini when she was 11months, it is our first baby and we are very nervous. However the master and the teacher are so good. The master Sam carry my daughter for first week to settle her down. The teacher Susan treat my daughter as her own, we can see the post of my baby everyday. I can say Bambini Brighton east is the best.

Ok my son is not perfect (far from it). But I didn’t expect to be told (after only two weeks of being at a new centre) that one of his carers had a really challenging time (because of him). Poor thing, she said it had been a really bad and hard two weeks for her. I’m sure caring for children is indeed exhausting! Perhaps a career change is in order?

For the record, everyone else there told me he was settling in fine (with occasional challenges) but overall ok. But it must be good times in the child care industry because she actually recommended that I choose a different centre!

There are 11 to 15 kids in the room, so it is very small compared to other centres, that’s the reason we chose it. But she said it was too difficult for her to manage with such a large number of children

I should have seen it coming. She was extremely upset when I first spoke to her and told her that he wasn’t quite toilet trained (still on L’s). She actually told me that they didn’t change nappies in her room. Interesting for a day care centre.

I won’t name and shame because everyone else was great. But I still pulled him out because I didn’t like the idea of him being taught by someone who doesn’t like 3.5 year olds. I think they should definitely reconsider their hiring policy.

Regarding the note (from the marketing division) below. You have my number and all contact details. This happened days ago. Call any time. I was really hoping someone would.
