Amazing food, great service and the location is pretty good too. Would highly recommend.

Food pretty average and expensive for the quantity it serves, however it has a playground good for kids to play.

Fantastic food and service! The drinks were reasonably priced and a good selection. Our group enjoyed the occasion.

Don’t have normal spaghetti with just beef. Don’t want to eat vegan food but also can’t eat pork

Had a wonderful family dinner here and the calamari I had was perfection. Tender and so tasty with just the right amount of spice.

Enjoyed their beef and pork lasagna (special) and their roasted eggplant pizza. Cider on tap was also delish. Complimentary bread and oil was perfect texture and very tasty. Service was fast. Had plenty of time to walk back to Puffing Billy to make the 3.55pm train to Belgrave.

Biggest props to the staff, really lovely and caring.
Regularly checking in to see how we were doing and did everything they could to make the night enjoyable. 11/10 we will be back and referring friends

Despite the food being good, we had a pretty average experience. There were six of us, and we ordered quite a lot, but not all of the food came out. Towards the end of lunch, we realised and told the server what parts of the order hadn't come, and said we didn't need it anyway. A short while later, she brought out the remaining food (which had clearly only just been made). At this point, lunch was finished, and we'd already said we didn't want it. That is quite poor service, especially as it was clear we were otherwise very happy with things. I'd probably come back, but not in a hurry.

Delicious food, great ambience and friendly service. Serving sizes are moderate but fabulous taste and presentation. Accommodated us despite of not having a reservation. Family friendly with nice little play area for kids.

Just moved to the hills with our 3 kids. Having a place with great food and a playground wasn't something we expected but are very happy to have found!

Also, the blood orange gelato is incredible.

Food was ordinary. The fettuccine marinara was awful. Service was very pleasant. But the food, deary me.the food. Lots of room for improvement. Please don't charge people good money for food that is less than ordinary. It was a real shame.

I dint get the chance to eat at ur place yet, this rating is dur to the confusion and the inconvenience which was caused due to misinformation.

You guys says you are open on a Saturday (30th Oct) afternoon. You took the reservation as well via online website.

When we showed up, the restaurant was closed.

Never seen any restaurant doing that. We were really looking forward for a dine in. But it was a very big disappointment after 30 mins drive.

I have never seen this kind of mismanagement.

I might change my review, after having food at your place. I am still looking forward to eat at your place, next time we are around.

Great Restaurant. Our group of 5 arrived without a booking and was accommodated quickly by the friendly staff. A great selection of vegetarian options was appreciated by several of our party. The restaurant is larger than it first appears and has a children's play area or the back that was also being well used by families with children.

Writing this review to commend Bam Bam on their impeccable customer service. We ordered a large "restaurant at home" takeaway order on arguably one of the busiest nights for hospitality this year: opening up after lockdown. A mistake was made with our order, and the team went above and beyond to remedy this, even sending someone to personally deliver our replacement 35 minutes drive away. We were absolutely blown away with the incredible generosity and effort that they went to, it's difficult to find that level of customer service these days. We will be back eating in ASAP and we thank the team for their consistent quality service and food!

I have had their food few times now and tried something different every time and I have sadly regretted it every time.

The food seems well intentioned and over thought and the taste never hits the mark and the price is on the high side considering the product.

Both Kids had bolognese and they didn’t like it and I tried some and I couldn’t blame them, the sauce was extremely salty and and lacking balance.ndja pasta was not balanced at all, and portion size was a joke.

Cauliflower pasta, not Enough sauce, way too much crumb, and was unbalanced and the portion again was a joke. Would suggest adding more sauce or a yogurt to make it not so dry.

The saving grace was the garlic flatbread and the chicken chilli bites were very nice but no dipping sauce to make the chicken not a dry 2d Experience.

Definitely not worth the money spent
