Great coffee. The efpos machine wasn't working after we had got our coffee. They trusted us to leave and come back to pay. Also the almond crossaint was delicious

Small coffee shop with excellent coffee and very friendly service. I especially love the croissants and fresh loaves of bread too. Such a great local to have nearby

Great food and coffee and it’s always a pleasure to browse the staples and pick up something new to try. Highly recommend getting a ‘Roseys Special’ which never disappoints.

Good crew, great toasties, good coffee. Plus a decent variety of sweets and baking goods on offer. Love this place! Our regular weekend visits to pick up quick coffee and toasties. They also have a small grocer/deli for your pantry needs. Have tried almost all the toasties on offer, the salad sangas, reuben, holy cauli, BAM Broc & mush, chicken caesar, and the croissant with the mortadella & scrambled egg. All were great, but have to say the holy cauli is an absolute fave, hit the spot everytime!

Simply delicious! Great little local spot, the best sandwiches I have ever had. Broccoli sandwich and cauliflower sandwich are to die for. The cakes are absolutely yummy! Highly recommend.

BAM BAM

BAM is Essendon’s newest and most exciting sandwich deli but also - doubles as a reinvented, artisanal corner store. Collaborating with local brands they stock the best of the best. You will find fresh bread from @pennyforpound, specially curated hampers and platters as well as products from @fancyhanksbbq, @entrecotemelbourne and @houstonsbbq (just to name a few).

It is impressive not only because of how many options there are - 12 to be exact - but they don’t just do the same as everyone else. Of course you have classics like a Reuben and Bacon Egg roll but almost everything else is unique to them. Respect!

Picking a favourite sandwich here was literally like splitting hairs but we unanimously decided it was the Salt Beef Bun. Crispy 12-hour beef brisket, tang from Rosey’s pickles, a good hit of seeded mustard in a soft, fresh, Turkish roll. I literally yelled out ‘YUM’ after my first bite.

A close runner up was the Chicken Club, with poached chicken, bacon butter, lettuce, cucumber and BAM aioli on shokupan (elite choice). Every element was perfect, super fresh and well seasoned. It is even served with a side of pickles and chicken pate.

You might expect the Caprese to be too simple but don’t overlook it, packed with flavour and drizzled with a good balsamic. The Bam Bam again another great option, a flaky croissant filled truffle oil and chive scrambled eggs and mortadella. If you’re a Biscoff lover, don’t skip the shake!?

The sandwiches from the kitchen are on the pricier side ranging from $20-22 but worth it. You can taste the quality in every element. Highly recommend this spot, definitely a favourite for me and I’ll be back to make my way through the menu. They also usually do a special on the weekend which always look insane, making me wish they were permanent menu items!

Visited BAM for the first time yesterday and again today and these guys are amazing, their toasties are absolutely delicious with top quality ingredients. It’s nice to go to a cafe that take such consideration into the finer details such as waxed paper for the toasties and they also have fantastic coffee. I cannot fault these guys one bit.

The toasted sandwiches are exceptional. Coffee was fine but could have been stronger for my liking.

BAM Corner Store is a local treasure. The sandwiches are excellent, the coffees are consistently delightful, and the little procedure section is a real treat. The supplies there are all clearly well curated and the prices are really reasonable. Friendly service is the icing on the cake. Highly recommend this new local gem.

Lovely service and currently the best coffee in the area, cheaper than adjacent cafes too. It's worth the extra 2min walk from the bike path this this great addition to the neighbourhood! Fantastic generous sandwiches too.
