I thought they were a lot of money when I ordered, but when they are fitted & I see the door in real life, the Quality is obvious. So I am 100% happy.

Did not call me, I rang to see when he was coming to be told he's too busy and on his own, would have to shut the shop!
Soooo unprofessional. I had to cancel as I totally lost trust with the business, altho i wanted the product, still needing a reliable business to give a measure n quote, how hard can it be?

Extremely friendly and helpful staff who focused on finding out exactly what would suit my needs. They offered advice when asked but didn't try to sell me anything more expensive than l needed. Work (security screens and security doors) was completed to extremely high standard, even allowing for the difficulties that inevitably arose with working on a very old house. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if l had the need.

Dani has been great to deal with. Yesterday was the first day back for the shop but Dani made time to take care of our need for a new security door with a doggie door before the end of the day.
I signed off on the quote and paid the 50% deposit required before Dani was able to lock in the onsite measure next week (7 days only) and we will have our custom made to measure security/doggie door fitted on Tuesday Feb 22.
We were also wrapped to discover they can also replace the screen and lock on our laundry security door which we have been putting up with for a few weeks, wondering who we could get to do it.
So, definitely give these people a call for any of your security door or gate needs.

Richard was friendly, experienced, honest and very good at his job. He explained each item and step and was prompt with his service and clear communication. He goes above and beyond and stayed late to get my doors installed and locks changed so that it would be safe and secure. I got the forcefield doors that are so clear, very high quality and I'm a very happy customer that wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you for everything Richard.

Excellent service. Quality product. We are extremely happy with our security doors. Richard went out of his way to make a double security door fit a heritage facade that was over a 100 years old. He worked diligently into the evening to get the doors finished. The doors look fantastic and we couldn't be happier.
