Im a huge fan of the Infrared Sauna. Always leave feeling reinvigorated, good booster during Ballarat winter months. Ray and the team are always very accomodating. Recommend.

Appreciated the experience but found that the noise of the machine in the vibrosaun prevented it from being a relaxing time. Recommend wearing ear plugs.
Question the walking around with bare feet!

What an experience we had today at the Ballarat Salt rooms. Had a great professional massage which was one of the best I have ever had with not a single elbow used
The table was warm, comfortable and the ambiance was very relaxing.
Then let’s not forget the float, which I found to be relaxing and felt all my anxiety just float away. May have fell asleep, as the door knock was gradual, but I just did not want it to end
Finally, I find out it’s owned and operated by of Australia’s leading Olympic basketball champions over 4 Olympics.

I have suffered nasal sinus infections most of my life and I have only ever have taken antibiotics to solve this problem. I started attending Ballarat Salt Rooms after meeting Ray and my sinus infection are now gone by having the salt room therapy each week, no infections and now no pain. Thanks Ray.

Post covid fog and headache cleared. Chest and cough improved. Peaceful, quiet and a lovely way to spend an hour.

It was lovely having a sauna.the reason why I give just three stars is for communication and services.the sauna it was good of course but it was the first time for me there and I aspected a bit more explanation about service and staff but the sauna it's good! Never mind maybe next time ️

Walk in feeling tired and with tension in places I didn't know was possible. Walk out feeling taller and so much more relaxed. Always a five star experience.

OMG, on a cold Ballarat day, I was sore and cold and thought. I need to be warm and I need to have a massage. Ray was absolutely brilliant. The Vibrosaun was amazing, up to 85 degrees, fully controllable, and loosened up my tight, sore muscles ready for one of the best massages of my life (and I’ve had a few). It also got the warmth into my cold bones that were aching as the weather turned.

I have a rare form of arthritis causing me much pain, I’m fussy, a like things to be spotlessly clean, and I need someone who won’t make me too sore - that understands the human body - and gives an excellent remedial massage. Ticked all boxes.

I’m very grateful, and while I’m from Melbourne, spoilt for choice for excellent beauty, wellness and massage near home, I’ll now be coming here every time I can when visiting family.

The staff are so lovely and the salt room is amazing. It has really helped my health, especially my asthma. I would highly reccomend this beautiful place to anyone.

The best way to relax and unwind with little effort or cost! Infrared sauna, vibrosaun and remedial massage the best. Highly recommended.

Just make sure you dont buy a gift voucher for mothers day like i did last year.very short expiry time and when only a few weeks over told sorry unable to honor.

I took my family for one of the packages with the salt room, vibrasaun and float tank. Great experience, relaxing and nurturing and with excellent service. Ray was very helpful and quite accommodating with fitting us in at short notice. Good value - I look forward to coming back again.
