Waited a month for an appointment only to be told they are unable to accept my referral, stay clear! Red flags

Dr Raj Tandon is one of the most professional doctors I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I have seen Dr Tandon for many years and he has always been attentive, caring and understanding of your individual needs. I have now moved interstate but I will continue to see Dr Tandon as he is the best in the business. Also have to mention Jenny who is absolutely amazing and nothing is too much trouble for her. Thank you so much.

Manisha needs to return my husband's phone call to give our feedback. We found her very unprofessional, rude, condescending and she didn't listen to us. She didn't read the full Specialist reports she received, saw us for a couple of visits and she wrote a summary which was inaccurate and appalling. We came to her to receive some help for our child and only received criticism as parents. Visiting this clinic was a complete waste of time and a lot of money. We are absolutely disgusted and won't be returning. The reception staff were lovely.

Before people say this place sucks it was Dr Praveen Thottappilil who did those crimes not the rest the staff.
Ignore rating its to let those know the rest are known good psychiarts.

After trying to establish rapport with Dr Sonia Ghai for an entire year's worth of expensive appointments, her attitude which ricoched between aloof to outright judgmental, ultimately prevented me from making as much progress as I could have.

One positive: she was quick to prescribe medication, which did help.

The rest of my experience was overwhelmingly negative, as I felt unable to be completely honest with her about what was going on for me. Instead of constructive feedback about behaviours and thoughts etc, let alone any helpful therapy methods which might've helped, I got only a distant and reproachful glare, and general comments such as 'don't do that'.

If you're looking for counselling during your lowest moments, please look elsewhere. If you're looking to be listened to, empathised with, or just generally treated with respect, call around and find a better match for you. CBT was promised the whole time by Dr Ghai, but never happened. Appointments would always run short, starting late (waiting on the doctor) and finishing early, yet I'd still I'd be billed for the extended session amount.

A final (positive) comment, the reception staff were lovely, patient and professional. If only I could say the same for Dr Ghai.

Doctor Mishra is highly attentive, respectful and clearly very experienced in her field. She takes a thorough and personalised approach with each individual during a session.

The ladies on reception are warm and welcoming, they're busy but manage their time well. This is an amazing clinic.
