Tommy created a relaxing and inviting environment. He asked many questions to assist in exercises to work on weaknesses in the body and also, through remedial massage worked to greatly reduce stiffness and pain in leg. Seemed knowledgeable and interested in providing a great outcome. I would definitely return in the future when i have further soreness, muscle pains.

Tommy was pleasant and really got to know my past issues before treatment. Was first time using laser therapy and believe that it helped with my concerns. Was a little sore the next couple of days in the areas that were worked on though that was to be expected. Reasonably priced considering the treatment plan and services.

Visited this clinic to have a long standing quadricep injury treated so i could get back into intense football and training, as had not much luck with other treatments, and immediately felt confident that Tommy was going to look at it with a view to fixing the source of the issue, rather than just massaging the tight area. Through a combination of dry needling, laser and massage Tommy was not only able to rel9ve the quad tightness but also found the source issue, which was a point of pain in my pelvis and lower abdominal. He genuinely cared to fix the issue and explained the treatment well at every step. Would highly recommend this clinic.

Went in last week for lower back pain, he suggested needling which I was apprehensive about at first, but it truly was painless and it has relieved my pain by half. So friendly and an excellent service. Would recommend!
