Great drivers, easy to order from, great on site. The only reason for 3 stars is majority of the time the materials are light on and have to count my bucket loads to make sure they're delivering the right amounts. Order 5 cubes but get 4 or 3 and a half, if it's drastic enough I'll call and they're ussually pretty happy to fix the mistake but it's just an unnecessary hassle and when your ordering a pricey material you don't want to be shortchanged.

Charged $100 delivery fee for one truck load of mulch & gravel travelling less than 10km. What a joke! Save your money and try one of the other places in town.

I previously wrote a less than favorable review, but I am happy to say that this store has taken action to address the issues we encountered and sincerely apologized to us. I can now confidently say that I highly recommend this store. Their services and product quality are excellent, and Scott he is so professional and friendly. If you are looking for a trustworthy store, I strongly recommend this one. They are a reputable business that will make your shopping experience enjoyable and satisfying.

Rock supplied was nothing like expected. Very disappointed. Meant to be Seymour oversized. More like mud with a few stones thrown in. If Only I could post a photo for evidence.

One of the drivers of this business was driving down Wiltshire lane while on the phone resulting in dangerous manoeuvres. Almost crash into my car with the trailer. Very disappointed in the care of this person

I used Ballarat Landscape Supplies recently for sourcing some river pebbles and Formboss edging. I chose Ballarat Landscaping Supplies because they have previously been very knowledgeable, with competitive pricing and a wide range of stock. I have always found them to be professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Put simply, nothing is too much trouble for them. I would highly recommend their services to everyone from backyard warriors to professional landscapers.

Terrible service. We were waiting more than 30 mins, the man at the counter not attending to us. He served a few other people who came after us. When my friend approached him about his treatment he "go away". This is a disgusting customer experience. We think he treats us because of our brown skin.

We went to Ballarat sand and soil. There are very welcome and the best customer service and prices are much less than this guys.

Property was damaged while truck was unloading the order. Company is refusing to cooperate and compensate for the damage. Company is not admitting on inadequate service via email, only verbally.

Hope they would come back with a reasonable solution.

Great friendly place to shop had a family staff member by the name is Steve assisted me loading up my trailer of with railway sleepers he was very kind and happy to help 10 out of 10 service.

Friendly staff and have everything you need for landscaping. Equipment are well maintained. Just need a small tweak for the hiring charges.

Good service and range of product, however i found them to be slightly dearer than others and i found them to be very picky with how much they give u. I picked up a meter of crushed rock and they made sure thats all i got, possibly even slightly under.
Other places ive found will give u a bit extra just to make sure u get a minimum of a meter but these guys r the opposite and make sure its the absolute maximum u get

Scott was very friendly and knowledgeable regarding my general enquiry regarding landscaping and chemicals for the yard.

Excellent service. Had numerous deliveries, and a fair few pick ups. Always helpful and offer solutions to problems such as mixed loads. Cheapest in Ballarat for landscaping soils/mulch/gravel, but also good quality. Couldn’t fault them.

One stop shop for landscape supplies and equipment hire. Very helpful staff and good prices. Best of all there is an undercover drive thru so you don’t have to stand in the rain/mud when shopping.
