First visit here and for the first time in my life the doctor was on time! Reception staff were lovely and so was the doctor. Very impressed

Very competent Lady Dr. Who spent time with you.

My family have been going to the Ballarat Family Medical Centre for a few years now and have been very happy with their service. The reception staff are always welcoming and helpful, while the medical staff are knowledgeable and professional. Everyone who works here is kind and friendly. By far our preferred GP clinic in Ballarat.

This is a very good practise, i have been going here for a few years now, the staff and doctors and nurses are great and really caring, if your looking for a good doctors place to go i can recommend this place.

I attended purely for a Covid vaccine (not my regular GP). From the moment I entered the staff were professional, pleasant and welcoming. It's a shame I can't say the same for a couple of their regular patients. These poor staff are under the pump more than most of us understand and don't deserve to be spoken to rudely. Keep up the great work ladies, the majority of us appreciate it.
