The doctors in the Family Doctor clinic, Sebastopol are not to be recommended.they do not listen. They want to do what suits them without listening to the patient at all. And worse things I am too ashamed to mention.
Fabulous clinic and team! From the moment I made my first phone call I felt welcome. This nice feeling continued and showed every single time I've been into the clinic no matter who I saw or spoke to. I highly recommend this clinic and the wonderful team. I can't even remember the last time I've had service this good!

Well i had the experience of seeing dr g for the 2nd time today an for the 2nd time he stuffed me around so not happy im in heart failure tells me to see him every 3mths an thats not even the worst of it book half hr app so we can do paperwork tells me cant do it doesnt have time hang on thats y i booked long app, So much for caring about patients only worried about time frame that did for it me an dont worry im going over his head
Pathetic surgery.
Keep patients on hold for 45 mins to just be rude.
Then when you ask to speak to a practice manager you get told no and that you have to email them.
Then they say the practice manager will call you and they don’t.
You’re better off with your local vet then family doctors Sebastopol!
