Excellent mental health facility in addition to everything else

Drove 110 kms today about 1 and a half hours each way to be told that the Dr my daughter was booked in to see was off sick and had been all week. No phone call no apologies not even an ounce of sympathy, Just in oh well so you want to re schedule. Seriously you had all week to ring and let us know the Dr was off sick. How unprofessional and lazy on the staffs behalf.

Like this place but the medical doctors need to have a big adjustment especially for there approach to patients
