Went to Ballarat Day Procedure Centre today for a knee arthroscopy, staff were very pleasant and nothing was to much trouble. Thanks for looking after me today

Unbelievable that medical staff aren't aware that the nose is an integral part of the respiratory system. What's the point of wearing a mask?

Thank you to everyone @ BDPC for looking after me today. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left you were all fantastic! Dr. David and Dr. Peter were very personable and down to earth, so to were the nurses and office admin. Thank you once again and I hope I never have to see you again!

I would like to thank the amazing staff that assisted with my procedure today.
I interacted with no less than 10 people in a few short hours. Every single person including the surgeon and his assistant were highly personable and extremely professional.
I couldn’t fault any part of the process.
Keep up the great work team.

Hi I need my batch number from mesh surgery but I can't find everybody to help me very annoying

Very efficient - only place I have not had to wait long so admission process is slick. Staff are very friendly and attentive.

I was there for some of my procedure and i really appreciate the care given by NOLA BROWN nurse over there. She was wonderful and by talking to her, half of pain was gone. A big thanks to NOLA.

1st Oct: Second medical procedure here. Kind, friendly, professional and gently-spoken staff. Mr. Fisher, Hayley, Kylie, Josh, Chantini, Gabby, & the team, made a daunting process very tolerable.and afterwards they gave me a terrific cup of tea & sandwiches, as the sedative wore off. Earlier, when I'd dropped in some paperwork & today, when I checked in, the team at reception were very helpful & friendly.

A huge thank you to your nurses and staff who gave me the best experience from the moment I arrived for my procedure to the time I was discharged. They handled my anxiety with care compassion. Highly recommended if you need a day proceedure.

Had my first ever surgery done here and I can't thank the nurses and my surgical team for making me feel safe and cared for. I am very grateful for being in such great hands! Thank you all so very much x

The staff and nurses were amazing in handling my care. They showed empathy and understanding, couldn't fault them. Highly recommend them. However, fingers crossed I won't have to see them again.

This is the most unprofessional, appalling medical facility I have ever had the misfortune to visit. This facility changed the appointment time without notifying me, resulting in a waiting period of some hours, disputed that I had private medical insurance, despite all of the details being given to them well in advance, attempted to charge me the full cost of the procedure, and even disputed my date of birth which they had incorrectly recorded. They have offered no apology or explanation for their misconduct and incompetence, and staff were photographed laughing at my discomfort while I was waiting. The matter has been reported to the Health Complaints Commissioner. This facility should be avoided.
