3Great Company conflict of interest, I am lucky enough to drive their very nice coaches at times, quick visit to say hello.
Fantastic drivers! I love going around Ballarat and seeing their buses shining! This 5 star isn't because I know a driver there, they genuinely actually look after their buses and drivers! If I could, 10/10!
I love this service but unfortunately the bus driver forgot to drop me off at my assigned location. Then had the audacity to blame me for not reminding him of my stop, bearing in mind I'm from overseas. Instead the driver left me stranded at another suburb to arrange further transportation. This has soured the experience for me.
Changed 1 star rating to 5 stars due to the quick response of the owner following through with the matter and resolving it in a professional and positive manner. I really appreciate the refund and complimentary ride. As mentioned before, I do enjoy this service and will continue to use and recommend it to others. Happy customer =)
