Amanda and I recently purchased a lovely Subaru Outback Tourer from the dealership. Our experience with Subaru was made even better by the professionalism, kindness and understanding demonstrated by Sheridan.

Purchsed a new Subaru Outback XT Sport after going through a process of elimination. Tested the new WRX sedan and Sportswagon, however, would likely not have licence long if purchased either (manual sedan just wants to go!) Settled on the Outback, terrific vehicle, smooth, comfortable, well featured, quiet and more than adequate performance when required. Had Sheridan assist throught the process, to which she delivered her advice in relaxed and friendly manner. Thank you to all involved at Ballarat City Subaru.

My purchase experience can only be described as perfect. Elijah was responsive, prompt and very friendly. Pricing are great, no sale pushing tactics, just straight forward deals. Had I live closer, I would frequent them as my preferred dealer.

Only thing I would change is when booking online, consider letting people know your shuttle service ends at 10: 30, with no other way to get home 50 mins away I was stranded in town for 4 hours while my service was done and then got caught out in the rain when going to pick it up. Just a taxi to get into town was over $25. I would have booked earlier had I known, and being new to the area didn’t help. Just something to think about. Gold stars for the service quality though!
