Hmmm, where to begin? I rarely write a negative review. Unfortunately my experience with BASS over several months following a simple speaker install and their inadequate response has left me with no choice.

Firstly, I was sold a product that didn't meet my audio needs, despite several conversations with Dan. Ended up getting four speakers (when what I actually needed was a new head unit).

Then, one speaker became distorted. FOUR subsequent returns to BASS and the problem still not fixed.

THEN, they wanted me to wait another 2 weeks before they could fit me in to fix for the 5th time.

NOW, the rear speaker has broken - the front piece fell off, looks as though it has melted. An absolute disaster of an install and a complete waste of my time and money.

Had they displayed any sort of sense of urgency to ensure that I, as an existing customer, was prioritised to fix the original issue, and not make me wait for several weeks, this unfortunately negative review could have been avoided.

I have had nothing but problems with this radio/reverse camera it has not been wired in properly and is causing faults with the rest of my car I have taken it back 3 times and I’m basically told it’s sensitive it changes station and volume by it’s self it doesn’t even work on steering wheel I have blinkers not working on car at times I also get warnings pop up on my car that there was something wrong with my car this never happened before. Put this in to do some travel thinking this was a big mistake

I just had an audio upgrade done on my Ford Escape. BASS did a great job. The staff are friendly and very competent. The difference in sound quality is amazing and the pricing was very good.

Great service and friendly staff get all your car audio plus more done highly recommended popping to get that prefect sounding system your after
