I prefer this place for service than bunnings, yes i know bunnings has snags but thats not enough to get me back.but I will admit I do go past bunnings without going in just for a snag.

Great as usual. Good morning, can I help you at all. No pressure selling just assistance if required. Unlike one that I know that you can't find someone for assistance.
No staff around had to unload our returns of very heavy timber. Also had to find and load all our new timber after entering the office to pay and tell them what i had returned they told me everyone is off sick.
Guys in the timber yard are super helpful and friendly at all times, but the office staff wouldn't crack a smile if you paid them.oh hang on, I was paying them! They're just rude, and obviously should find a job away from the public if they hate it that much.
Outstanding service. Had a shopping list and was assisted all through process of finding all I required. Don't get this type of service these days. Simply outstanding.

I just assumed they would be more expensive than bunnings. After spending ages at bunnings with no one to serve me, and then being unable to get what i needed due to a broken saw, i tried mitre 10 alfredton. I was in and out quickly with fantastic service and a cheaper price to boot! Great work thank you for keeping customer service alive!
