Ballam Park reviews
40Great place to take children a good variety of play equipement. Children can scooter around a track.
Ballam Park is an awesome playground for kids of varying ages. There's two playgrounds; one for older kids and another for younger. While Ballam Park also has basketball courts available. Would recommend!
Beautifully kept park in the middle of Frankston, with good parking facilities. A great place for a BBQ, for the little ones to run and jump in all the play areas. Large green lawns for family to play games and many green trees to sit in the shade. One of the reasons greater Melbourne has such a good name! Let's keep it clean.
Love this park. We sometimes travel more than 40 minutes to come down as both of our kids who are 8 and 2 love it. There's a bit of everything for them, 2 adventure playgrounds and good toilet amenities for families.
Great place to visit. Plenty of room and huge playground area. Spotless BBQ and quite a few of them perfect for a picnic
Great playground, lots for both little and big kids to do. Super busy on weekends but was quiet today
Nice and big family Park with a lot of rides, skateboard and scooter play areas. Have BBQ grill too.
Good variety of things to do has Small skate park, Basketball ball and a few different playgrounds
Great Park, rides and activities for kids, climbing walls, zip line, sports fields and picnic tables
Awesome place with plenty of space for ball games, activities etc. A couple different playground areas for the kids to run amok on. Seems to be quite busy, but still a super cool park.
Fantastic kids park, has really interesting activities including ball courts and BBQs. Recommend it to all ages.
Epic and massive park well spread out. And also skate park to tramps to slides and swings also 2 flying foxes and a smaller one for the kids heaps of picnic space needs abit more parking but overall nice location and park.little tramps in the ground making it safe too.
So many activities can be done here, the revamped playground is fantastic, the walking paths are great for getting exercise while enjoying the outdoors, there is a dog park here to let your fur baby off their leash. The only thing to watch out for are the swooping birdsduring their breeding season little buggers fly in from behind at you!
Amazing park. Plenty of variety of play equipment and plenty of space for games. Male, female and ambulance restrooms and multiple drinking fountains. Some undercover outdoor dining areas and barbeques. The only down side is there could be more undercover areas. I've never had a bad experience here.
This is one of our favourite parks. It has everything. Two playgrounds each suited to either older or younger kids, shared parkour, basketball, skate/scoot/bike area, cricket pitches, sports ovals, athletics track.etc. We go here several times a week and the kids never get bored.
There are two huge playgrounds here, skate park, walking tracks, toilets, beautiful for a family picnic, romantic anniversary, or a workout. Highly recommend.
Great place for kids of all ages as there are different playgrounds to choose from. If you just wanted to shoot some hoops, you can do that to.
Dogs have to be on a lead, but behind the old homestead is a dog playpen.
Can get busy on the weekends though. One of the best parks in Frankston.
I love Ballam Park especially since all the upgrades to the play ground area. Daughter loves it. Great place for mum meets and a place to take your dogs, holds events and has plenty of space for lots of people.
I walk here all the time. It's great there is a path that continues all around the 4 ovals. Recently a dog activity park was added which was great to let my small dogs run around. BUT once it rained there is now deep mud in the entrance so can no longer use the activity park unless I can walk thro 30cm of thick mud. Also it has 2 gates which do not close so off leash big dogs run in without supervision.
It has a really fun park for kids with one of the biggest play areas in the surrounding area. Plenty for all age groups.
