Baladi Lebanese Bakery

I ordered a cheese and spinach pie. The young female didn't even cook it properly, opened it up to find a massive cube of cold white cheese not even melted properly inside. First time trying this place and its no good. I've eaten at many lebanese bakeries now and this one is no good. Back to oneway lebanese in lalor we go!

Been meaning to write a post for a while I'm always loving the food, l had take away today even when I dine in It's my favourite place in the suburbs so close to home and always greeted with a smile from the scarved girl.
I started going there around Xmas time and then around the same time at 12 am during Ramadan and same girl served me many times it's been a long time since someone with great customer service with such speed when I'm in hurry is served with no problems
Customer service is lacking in so many other places this is why it has become my favourite place I highly recommend it 5

Fresh and delicious food, friendly staff and very clean.

A great place to get your cheap and quick lunch fix.
$2.50 for a zaatar, $5 for a cheese pie and that is very filling. Came here close to closing time the other day, around 4pm and expected the bakery to have no more pastries but they proved me wrong. Quality of the pastries is up to standard.
Will definitely come back when I’m in the area next.

I go to this bakery often only because the food is nice and my daughter likes the Lahme, however every single time I have gone into the bakery, the girls make me so uncomfortable with how rude they are, so disappointing that a bakery with such lovely food can have such a down fall with the most rude young girls working there. I went in today, ordered my food… the girl never smiles, they don’t even hand you the food or communicate with a friendly tone, just point to the food on the counter and act as if you are a burden to them. Hope you train your younger staff to wear a smile on there faces and provide GOOD customer service in a customer facing role. It’s free to be kind.

Most friendliest service I've come across in years. I don't go anywhere else for my coffee if I can help it as its delicious. I can't give enough stars!

Went early in the morning and ordered zater and meat doesn’t taste fresh taste left over from the other day was hard to chew

@baladilebanesebakery is truly a hidden gem in Melbourne with delicious treats. I wanted to try something different and boy this bakery surely delivered!

The quality of the food was top notch, my favourite was the tawook platter. The pizza here was sooo good! Totally non greasy. Beautiful, fresh tasting stuff.
The best part was I was greeted by beautiful smiles and welcoming gesture. This is customer service on another level.
They also have zaatars, meat pizza, spinach pies and a few other things.
There fresh and delicious middle eastern pastries/spinach and cheese triangle were yummy. I totally loved my morning coffee- good vibes!
Everything was so fresh, super friendly, ample seating and just an all around great experience?

I always buy my lebanese bread form here. It’s fresh and also clean. They are the best in the area

I wanted to order a coffee and a cheese pastry with my small sized dog (Chihuahua cross) and told to put the dog outside. Luckily they allowed me to order with it. So, not a pet friendly place.
Pastry was good. Coffee is not the best but better than 7-Eleven coffee.

Great place to visit. They serve authentic fresh ingredients made food. Great customer service.

Really wanted to love this place but the food and service was pretty disappointing. When we walked in it was really quiet maybe 2 customers. There were 3 girls working there and the tables and chairs were flithy.
So. Much. Garlic. In the fooul so much that no one could eat it. The fatteh was okay but the yogurt tasted really strange like it was watered down a bit too much.the falafel.please don't call that falafel, absolute blasphemy. We asked for a big tea pot enough for 5 people and they said they only have small ones enough for 2 people (really it was enough for 1 it was tiny) but said they'll come refill in when needed- they never did. $200 down the drain I'm so sad. Never came to check up and ask follow up questions about our meal. Tbh I expected that though from the dirty tables/chairs.
However the Manoosh saved this place. Perfect all around Manoosh pastries.
IMO only buy the Manoosh for take away.

This is a really good lebanese bakery we absolutely loved it. Stopped by early morning before we travelled back into NSW and were blown away by how delicious everything was. We definitely have found our breakfast stop when we head back over to Vic.

Such fresh food and finally someone understands when I ask for my coffee to be extra hot they actually make it extra hot. Such a wonderful and relaxing atmosphere with wonderful customer service. Thank you for a beautiful experience and lovely music from Fayrouz.

I ordered 2 Cheese kaak on Uber they arrived stale and obviously have been reheated as left overs from previous day. Very Disappointing people are not stupid

Nice to have a new Lebanese Bakery in the area. Fresh treats and drinks. I really enjoyed the 'cheese and spinach' pide and the 'meat pie'. Will be back to try more from their wide selection of baked goods. They also have a nice team of staff members. Fatimah was very helpful and friendly. Make sure to support local and check them out.
