VERY POOR service, focussing on $ over patient care. I ended up paying over $400 for a filling that got infected and needed antibiotics. After returning to get it addressed they were proposing to charge me another $250 to remove the filling. When I questioned the additional cost they refused treatment. Extreme poor service by the head dentist at the Malvern clinic. Allowed me to walk out with an infected tooth.

Have just read the response from the owner below. This is NOT factual. The original assessment and treatment was inaccurate and lacked appropriate experienced assessment. I DID GIVE consent for them to rectify the issue. However, They wanted to charge me to fix it, rather than accepting responsibility and focussing on patient care. Therefore they chose NOT to provide the service. VERY POOR service, focussing on $ over patient care.

Always a wonderful experience, our whole family have been attending the clinic for quite a number of years now. Very professional. Alex is a fantastic dentist and very knowledgeable and Goloum cleans our teeth to perfection. Highly recommend!

Went to the dental hygienist. The service I received was extensive, professional and was also covered by the insurance (HCF), so overall very worthwhile.

I have attended the clinic about 3 times during the COVID lockdown, and have felt most safe in the knowledge everything had been done to ensure my safety and comfort.

My mother was my dentist so I am fussy about who gets to pull, fill, and clean my teeth. I wanted to find something local and this place is within a short stroll from my apartment place.

Booking an appointment was easy—I used their online form and immediately got a reply by sms confirming my availability. I arrived on time and was shown to get my teeth XRayed as a new patient (bulk billed). My dentist Audrey was very accommodating and I thought as good as my ambidextrous mum. I’ll be booking my next dental appointment here.

Work done: heavy cleaning and one tooth extracted for $500.00. Excellent price, I think.

Staff all very nice

Excellent experience for the last 10 years for our entire family. We changed a few dentists prior that. Since we started seeing Dr Alex Goichman, we are extremely happy with all types of dental issues he dealt with. Dr Goichman is a highly professional and a very patient Doctor. He always applies individual approach and care. He has very high standards which he constantly achieves. Also, we are very happy with a very caring and professional Dental hygienist Golum. The rest of the clinic staff is also very professional and friendly. We are very lucky to be Dr Goichman's patients.

Took my wisdom tooth out with Dr. Alexander, was really good and easy experience.recommended them to my friends.

Dr Miryam is amazing, she’s the only dentist my son will visit. She is gentle and caring and helps him get through the sessions.

Only have good things to say about this dental practice.

Dentist was so rude as I didn’t have time to get an x-ray. They kept making snide comments being like ‘wow you have such nice teeth but then again I don’t have x-ray vision’. So beyond rude and snarky, thanks.
