6This store has the most appalling hygiene standards I have ever seen. If you like eating human snot, shop here, otherwise go elsewhere.
Been going here for years. Never had any complaints. But this time they had some nice large pastries up front. They then gave me small and stale pieces from the back. Tasted bad. No flavour. Something very wrong going on here.
I’ve been a customer for years but recently everything is burnt. I have commented and they just laugh it off. It’s not good enough especially when you pay premium $5 plus for a loaf of bread!
Lovely customer service. Served with a smile and ended up with up with some delicious food. Definitely doing all my bread runs there for now on.
Good customer service however there were 3 girls that were sniggering about my order behind the lady serving me - this is terrible for the company as I was spending a large amount of money & supporting their business in covid where many other companies are going down due to lockdowns, etc. I wished i went somewhere else due to there unprofessional behaviour.
Unfortunately my experience was not good after finding a hair in the Spinach and Feta Delight after biting into it, and it wasn't my own hair. When I rang the shop to advise them, there was no answer.
Pity because the sales girl was lovely.
