When I come to see mum I stop there to buy her ‘blueberry danish ‘ her favourite but it’s always burned from the bottom, hope they fix it, sorry girl but stuff is usually very friendly.
Poor customer service, the bread they were selling was made days before as you could tell from the mold that was starting to settle on the bread that they were displaying, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE, THIS STORE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!
Clueless and non serious staff at Keilor downs branch. Roaming at other outlets and keeping the customers waiting. The attitude was extremely rude as if we are getting the stuff for free. Bloody racist women!
Extremely poor service, especially from the manager. Accused me of trying to steal even though I was trying to give her options to prove that I wasn't. She was extremely unhelpful in trying to resolve an otherwise simple issue. I will never shop there again.
