Front counter staff moving bread from shelf to shelf no gloves no paper just plain old hands right in front of my face didn’t care less

Very poor form Bakers Delight BM. Walked past the girls at 6.10 pm on the way into Coles & checked they where open till 7pm so I could pickup a loaf of bread on the way out. 6.45 we close she said. At 6.25 pm all packed up. Forgot about you she said & security wanted to argue that it was my fault.

Staff can't even tell the difference between apple and custard. Not the first time either.
