Bakers Delight reviews
25Very worried! My husband was in the public bathrooms and noticed the bakery chef just walking out and not washing their hands and coughing all over the place, no manners. Would not want to have food from there if this is how they operate.
The Pines bakers delight products are not good anymore. The fruit buns are smaller and dry. Escargo was not upto standard either. This should be looked into and improved or else you drive customers elsewhere.
Such lovely customer service and fresh bread, i hope the worker serving the lady next to me is ok some customers can be a handful! My kids love the finger buns.
Staff chatting and arranging bread and other items on shelves and ignoring customers waiting, very rude
I love their barbecue pizza and scones. Lovely young and nice ladies. I go to Westfield just to get my fav bread at Bakers Delight.
I am not happy about Baker Delight Doncaster today. I am supposed to claim my free Hi Fibre Low GI Loaf today after I spent $55 through the App. But the staff asked me to pay a 20c difference. Then what does it mean by FREE Hi-Fibre Low GI Loaf? Non-sense honestly!
If only I can rate negative stars I would. Once again very disappointed with the staff's customer service. Very rude and racist!
Bought some stuff from here a couple of times was nothing special. My review reflects on the quality of the treatment of the employees in the store by the manager who's name I will not disclose. My cousin used to work at this store and has told me stories about the excruciating harrassment brought upon him by his manager. I feel sorry for the current and future employees if this issue isn't dealt with professionally. Looking at some of the other reviews it is quite a prominent. Poor management like this is not a good reflection upon the store. I hope this gets dealt with and brought to upper management.
Toxic work environment from what I observed when buying cheese and bacon rolls for my kids lunch. Manager from what it seemed didn't catch her name was screaming at employees in front of customers and shaming them exclusively. The workers looked fairly young and I feel like this is wrong hence the review otherwise good food wise.
Was extremely disappointed today
I rushed to the store after work to get bread for my kids, lined up behind a lady, and after serving the lady in front of me, the girl looked at the other girl behind the counter who was already packing up. The other girl said "Sorry we are closed" and the girl in front of me just stood there and looked at me. She had no intention to serve me.
I checked the time it was 5: 58pm.and their website says open 7am-10pm on Mondays.
"High low" loaf is very good. It has half loaf and full loaf; so buy half loaf if you wanted freshly cut bread daily. All bread & other products are freshly bake daily.
Very rude employees, ignored the people in the front of the queue. I do not recommend this store.
The girl who worked today clearly and intentionally ignored me at the counter, seems she prefers to serve aussies before asains. Very disrespectful, the women she served even agreed I was first, but she ignored me anyway? Maybe this is a bakers delight policy from what I see in previous comments.
Also, the food was as stale as the customer service. They didn’t even use the tongs to take the food, used their hands instead.
Worst service ever today.three girls squatting down behind the cabinets clearly seeing who could stay there the longest without getting up to serve us, we waited for at least a few minutes (no other customers). One finally stood up, glared and when I asked for a slices loaf glared again and stomped over.we ended up walking away and going elsewhere.will not go there again.
Their Turkish rolls taste bland compared to other bakers delight. I think their recipe needs to be checked.
Very disappointed. Their Opening hours are 7am and hardly anything is out on display until 9-9: 30am. I would've expected at least half of the bake goods ready by 7-7: 30am as I prefer to buy them fresh especially buying lunches for my kids. As this store is the closest to my house and to my kids school, I'd rather drive further away to the other bakers delight than the Doncaster store. The Bakers are definitely not organised or morning people or are very very slow.
Staff were great, the wholegrain rolls were a bit different to other bakers delight stores.fine, maybe not quite as good but not enough to drop to 4 stars
Chilli pizza Not really good, taste and look so different from the pine that shop, the pine Bakers is better
Hundreds and thousands finger buns all sold out the majority of the time, far too many coconut and chocolate, please make less chocolate for the obvious demand. I don't want to have to come up at 9am to get something that should be available all day. This is not a one time thing there's always several chocolate ones left. It's the only reason I came up here today: (
The only bakery chain of store's I've been to that doesn't make their own pies, pasties or sausage rolls
