Worst agent ever i delt with. Lazy snakes nobody picks up phone at reception and specially most of the staff having parties all day long because whenever you call them the phone is on voicemail. I bet you, if you call 10 time they will simply reply you. “I’ll call you back” no matter how the important matter is and they will never call you back except few.

To start with, I found exceedingly problematic just to book an appointment with Mr. Bajwa since the administration lacked the expertise in time management. Too much confusion which made me decide not to go forward with them. To my surprise, the director Mr. Jujhar Bajwa himself called me today, apologised for all the confusion (which happened because of their administration team), discussed with me nicely on the phone regarding various options for migration pathway and also offered an amazing discount for his future services (because of all the troubles caused). This shows, the integrity and dedication towards their clients.
