I had a visit to Bairnsdale information centre today and the service given to me by Andrew was excellent. I can see he has old school customer relations skills which are sorely lacking in today's society. Katie was also helpful and friendly.

Very polite and helpful staff. We stopped on our way to Lakes Entrance. Free tourist maps and brochures are available too. Staff will answer your questions with most care and suggest wonderful lookouts and places to visit.

Needed to get 20 litres of water. Sent me to howett Park. But none excessable. I rang east Gippsland water to ask where I could fill my container and was told I had to buy 1000 litres of water. Sad for travellers
