The staff are exceptional. The meals are as good as you will get for the price. We feel safe there during the recent Covid crisis as the management strictly observe social distancing regulations.

Last week, some scumbags from Melbourne turned up and tried to gatecrash the place. They apparently had a letter giving them permission to attend a funeral. They decided to go to lunch at our local venue instead. Fortunately, the staff decided to "see them off". Well done staff! We were very impressed.

Had lunch there. Steak was burnt veggies under cooked. Parma was horrible. And over priced for the quality of food.

Tonight. Normally enjoy a night here but-tonight unfortunately have to say I was extremely disappointed with the attitude of the Manager. I ordered steak and salad and immediately changed to vegetables as acknowledged by both the waitress and my fellow diners however when my meal came I was served salad.
I complained to another waitress and rather than replace the salad with vegetables the Manager came to the table to show me the original order. He didn’t attempt to listen to anything I said or placate me in any way. His attitude was ordinary to say the least. I have to say I’m reconsidering returning yo your establishment Very ordinary customer service to say the least.

Great. Have been a few times. Nice food (small serve if your a lite eater) Very friendly staff makes for a good eat out. Pokies as well if you're inclined.

Food was over priced for the quality that we received, the stakes were tough, and the kids meals weren't that appetising. The Parma was ok.

Service was quick, quality was a bit hit and miss the steak quite grisly and chewy with a charred burnt flavour the parmigiana great size but over cooked on the bottom and a bit dry and the prawn salad the salad part brilliant but the prawns just slightly overdone, Now they were busy but that shouldn't stop every meal being to the best of the chefs ability, maybe it was. I would give them ONE last try.

Really enjoyed the night and happy hour. Steak sandwich was huge. Loved it. Raffkes were great. Like going back to the old days. Great night.

I had the chicken avocado schnitzel and it was pretty bad. I wanted to enjoy it as it was $26 but the chicken was dry and the avo seemed to be some avocado dip and it had like melted cheese and pizza ham in the schnitzel. Really didn’t enjoy and I didn’t actually eat it I just ate the chips.however others at the table enjoyed their meals. Was really disappointed.

Went for lunch today, it was fantastic. The grey and black decor makes it feel classy while not being stuck up. And that is before the meals, it was a fantastic feed and so reasonably priced. This may be our new weekly luncheon location.

The meals are great value for money. They are a decent portion and what I've had has always been tasty & cooked well. The kids playroom is clearly visible from most tables so you don't need to continually leave the table to check on your kids.

Very accommodating when we needed a venue for dinner with 20 people. Recommend the advacado schnitzel its huge

Usually the food here is great but tonight the steak was terrible, So black and charred the only flavor on the plate was burnt meat. Very disappointed.

Been here a few times for lunch and never been disappointed. Prices are very reasonable and staff are great.

Too bad for the steak last night, we order three steak (two porterhouse and one scotch fillet) all have a burn and taste bitter.and taste like chewing gum.we just ate salad and chips for side dishes steak.we can’t bite the steak.all meal cost me $118.what going on master chef last night. We so disappointed

Booked a table for 14 Had great service. Special soup of the day Carrot Ginger and Coriander was delicious. MAIN MEALS WERE GENEROUS. We were all very happy with our meals. Well done!

Hi I visited the Bdale shop and the young lady that attended to me was very helpful as my inquiry was unusual. She spent a lot of time to make sure I got the right information. The problem has not resolved as yet. I am waiting for the on line shop to replay. Please give the young lady that attended to me my sincere thanks. Vince brignoni.

Went for lunch yesterday and had a parma to help the farmers. Excellent meal, service, price and menu choice. Not noisy, a lovely place to relax, would recommend to others.
